About this property

Charming apartment 200 m from the beach, with small garden in residence with swimming pool

Ideally located in a quiet residence with swimming pool, 100 m from the beach, 5 minutes walk from shops (supermarket open until 20:00), market (open every day in season), cultural space, center of the village, a bike rental to visit the island ... if you wish, you can not use your car for the duration of your stay.
The very bright apartment has just been redone with a refined decoration with charm.
You can dine on the terrace of the garden surrounded by its stone wall, from where you will see the pool. A direct path will take you on foot to the beach (in photos attached).
The kitchen is equipped with a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, two hotplates ...
The living room, facing the French window overlooking the terrace overlooking the pool, is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed offering you an extra bed for two people.
In the bedroom, bright too, a bed with a VERY GOOD MATTRESS and bed base (140 cm) will contribute to the comfort of your sleep. The duvets are at your disposal (remember to bring your duvet covers). You will also have a large closet / wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with a nice spray jet ;-)) and a vanity unit.
A private parking space will be at your disposal, as well as a bicycle storage.

Wonderful and relaxing break

The property was in a very central location, handy for the village, beach and all amenities. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Short stay in Ile de re

Small 1 bed apt with pool. Close to restaurants, beach and village. Nathaniel is nice owner and attended to us well. However Check in is not easy as she wanted a contract signed a few days before and a deposit fee paid separately which was to be returned after cleaning the apt. We left the apt spotless, however the deposit of €45 has not been returned. Would not return.

Une propriétaire pas honnête du tout, a gardé la caution du ménage alors que son studio a été laissé très propre. La propriétaire était absente a notre départ. Elle nous a accusé d'avoir laissé son studio dans un état lamentable.

Appartement au calme, très coquet, très propre et bien agencé. Très bien situé au milieu de l'Ile, ce qui facilite les déplacements d'un côté ou de l'autre. Les pistes cyclables sont proches. Pas eu besoin d'utiliser la voiture de la semaine. Parking privé dans la résidence et local vélos très appréciables.D'un côté de la location c'est la mer à quelques pas, et de l'autre un carrefour market, un marché couvert, une pharmacie, de bons restaurants... et le village.La propriétaire est très disponible et à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien.Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Kleines Appartment, gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Terasse. Das Appartment gehört zu einer Residenz o. Wohnanlage, deren Eingangsbereich u. Flure sehr dunkel sind und nicht sehr einladend wirken. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist sehr klein u. kann nur mit kleinem PKW gut genutzt werden. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt, Marthalle u. Platz direkt gegenüber, ebenso Bars u. Restaurants. Am Strand ist man ebenfalls in 5 min. Mieter muss selbst reinigen, das war nicht klar bei der Buchung.

la residence du mail est très bien située ,proche de la mer du centre village ,un super marché carrefour contact tout près et le marché couvert tous les matins on peut tout faire à pied restaurant et loueur de vélos sur place la couarde est au milieu de l'Ile elle fait 30 km donc réalisable à parcourir par les très belles pistes cyclables , on était enchanté on reviendra surement année prochaine

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Couarde ! Le logement est parfaitement situé, près de la plage, du centre ville, des locations de vélo, des restaurants, et la résidence est très calme. (Nous sommes venues début juin). L'appartement est comme sur les photos : joliment décoré, bien équipé et très propre. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour que l'arrivée et le séjour se passe bien, nous avons facilement communiqué. Merci encore pour ces super vacances :)

Petit logement agréable, bien placé, mais sans plus

Le logement est petit, sympa, mais clairement pas pour 4 personnes, car les couchage ne sont vraiment pas adapté, sauf si vous faites moins de 60 kg.Le canapé clic clac est un 120 basique, avec des mousses premier prix, mais certainement pas un réel couchage. Le lit de la chambre est un 140, usé et à besoin de prendre sa retraite. Il y a bien des volet, mais la lumière passe sur les côtés et aucun rideaux occultants, donc soit cela ne vous gène pas, soit vous êtes réveillé à 6h du matin en plein été.la cuisine est fonctionnelle, la déco sympa, et c'est proche de la plage. rien de transcendant.la salle de bain a un problème d'évacuation d'air (signalé à la propriétaire).Le vrai problème étant les conditions de réservation, la propriétaire demande des signer des documents hors Abritel et demande une caution ménage de 72 en virement direct, qu'elle remboursera si vous avez fait correctement le ménage selon une check list très stricte, et si les prochains locataires jugent cela à leur gout. Le remboursement est stipulé sous 2 mois dans le contrat signé hors site Abritel, et attendra la prochaine arrivée de locataires. Nous avons donc du attendre 15 jours, en relançant pour obtenir notre remboursement... c'est décevant car un état des lieux se fait à l'entrée et à la sortie, pas sous conditions 2 mois plus tard.Nous sommes des habitués de la location, mais c'est la première fois que je note un réel problème lors de la réservation.Bref, sans plus, dommage...

Agréable séjour à La Couarde sur Mer

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement de Nathalie. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage du Peu des Hommes (200 mètres à pied) et du centre du village. Il est meublé avec goût et très fonctionnel . Nathalie est une hôte très sympathique qui prend soin de ses locataires en leur donnant de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre et des commerces, parking assuré. Mais la terrasse est très bruyante car elle jouxte la piscine. Le canapé est inconfortable. Le parking à vélo est inaccessible car trop petit et inondable. Suite à un problème de chauffe-eau, nous avons été privés d'eau chaude pendant 4 jours (la moitié du séjour). Le dédommagement de 55€ ne nous a pas paru refléter le désagrément subi. Appartement correct pour 2 personnes mais petit pour 4.
