Baywatch Tower is located near the ocean with shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The city of Manila recently renovated the pedestrian area of the bay across from Baywatch and is popular for walking and running, especially in the early morning. Sometimes you can watch dragon boat races from your balcony.

There are jeepneys and taxis that constantly pass by the entrance of the building.
The journey from the airport to Baywatch Tower takes about 20 minutes.
To get to the shopping centers, the quickest way is to jump in the back of one of the jeepneys that pass in front of the building, it costs only 7 pesos each way and takes about 5 minutes to get to a center commercial in one or the other direction; my favorite is the Robinsons shopping center which is very close, it is large and modern with a lot of food choices, many cinemas with recent films in English.

As for people with reduced mobility, the building is fully accessible to people in wheelchairs, but be advised that the entrance to the bathroom is only 58 centimeters wide.

For convenience, there is a 7-Eleven (24-hour convenience store) near Baywatch Tower.
