Our cool and modern condo is strategically located at The Florence condo complex in McKinley Hill with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a balcony. The Florence brings modern European living to Manila with its contemporary design, lush gardens and top notch amenities. Our condo is about 15-20 minutes away from NAIA airport. The Venice Grand Canal Mall is a mere 2-3 minute walk and 5-7 minutes ride to BGC. Restaurants, bars and Robinson's Supermarket are within a short walking distance as well.

As McKinley Hill first gated community, The Florence puts a premium on privacy, making it the ultimate retreat. The place was clean, host was accommodating and the area is safe. It’s close to a grocery store and there are plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. My suggestions are to have laminated instructions for all the electronic equipment (tv, a/c, washer) and have washcloths available. Providing toothpaste was great but would prefer the travel size for sanitary reasons. It would be nice if the hallway a/c was turned on when you get off the elevator. Couch was not comfortable.

outstanding location (BGC) close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Great security. Wheelchair available at request. Washer was a plus. Only thing was that there was no free parking, only for a fee (quite spendy).Excellent communications with host (Clinton) via VRBO messaging. Definitely recommend facility.

I like the property. It is spacious. But the air condition in the living room is not working, the light of the shower room is not working either! The drainage of other bathroom has a terrible smell .

It was alright. It was clean but there was a smell coming from the restroom drainage. Living room couch was very uncomfortable, kitchen was great. It was suitable for our family. We enjoyed going to the nearest grocery store and massage spa across and a walk to the Venice Canal Mall.

Location is great. Condo is dusty and not very clean, seen a few cockroaches. A/C dripping. Host offered to have someone come in but not within time when we were available, so just had the trash can catch the water and put towels around it. Will not stay again.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We strived so hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offered to fix the AC, but your schedule won’t permit us to go into the unit. Cockroaches are a common thing in the Philippines ( even 5 star Hotels have the same problems)and the property management is fumugating the building 2x a year to address the problem.
