Comfortable and spacious house (sleeps 10), quiet - 3 km from the beach

We suggest you to spend a pleasant stay in our cottage which is a new and modern pavilion! The cottage is very well located, less than 3km from the beach (pebble high tide, sand tide base), with all local shops and a host of activities, things to discover, really it is a corner of Normandy very nice where there are always a few things to see without making a lot of kilometers!
Whether inside or outside, we have arranged it to make your holiday very pleasant. Whether it is a family holiday, several couples, nice week end or even for receptions, you will feel good in our spacious and bright cottage. Large rooms with storage and wardrobes, functional bathrooms (shower + bath). The beds will be made upon your arrival! a fitted kitchen well equipped with small extras such as a large fryer, two raclette appliances, a printer was beer. A friendly lounge where you can sit 10 people, with TV by internet (+ DVD player), wifi, not to mention the wood stove for cool evenings (wood available in winter). Outside tables with umbrellas, barbecue, deck chairs, all with a beautiful view on the swamps of Saâne. So that all the members of your family spend a pleasant stay, we made a point of honor to put at your disposal baby and child equipment: baby bed, chair, changing mat, booster seat for the little ones to be well install at the table, a toilet reducer, until the bath thermometer and the first aid kit with dressings and others.
Toys to keep kids busy and even parents! a small sandbox for the little ones, snail to snap, rackets, balls of petanque adult and child ... as well as small games for the inside (puzzles, books, little toys boy and girl ...). -sol, a little football goal, a table with a puck. We make available all this!
We supply household products, toilet paper and various essential things in the kitchen such as condiments (vinegar oil, salt pepper ...)
The cottage is in Longueil, charming and quiet village. Very pleasant for walks as well, it is crossed by "the saâne", a river that rushes into the sea, ideal for fishing enthusiasts.
The cottage has a very interesting situation because it is 3km from the beach of Quiberville, pebble beach, low tide as sand, very nice beach with children's games. There are fishing boats that sell their fish all days . The village of Varengeville sur mer at 4 km, where there are several places to see like a park, a manor, a museum .... Really this little corner of Normandy is very nice!
In 12 km there is the big city of Dieppe with its casino, its cinema, its aquatic center, its stores, its station and especially its good restaurants! there is also the ferry to england newhaven. Our cottage is only 2h30 from Paris and 50 minutes from the capital Normande Rouen.
Close to the cottage, there is a small village "Ouville la rivière" with all the local shops: bakery, butcher, superette, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy ... Very convenient .
At 8 km there is the small town of Luneray, very commercial, with its Sunday morning market which is famous in the region.
And above all, there are a multitude of activities in the area: castles, tree climbing, golf, museum, parks, hiking ..... By taking a walk along the coast you can discover the famous cliffs from Etretat, where there are also various activities in the area.

Housekeeping is included in the rates, however we ask our guests to kindly make the place clean: at a minimum, the tableware, clean table as well as the kitchen worktops, the floor sucked and washed if it is dirty ... The bathrooms, toilets and rooms are made by us. If unfortunately this commitment is not respected, we will be led to retain some of the deposit (see the rental agreement).
