I've owned this house and rented it out through AirBB and/orVRBO since 2006. The neighborhood (Playacar) is gated and very safe. It’s absolutely beautiful, with bike lanes, pedestrian paths, Mayan ruins, an aviary, a golf course and pristine beaches. The house has more than 100 five star reviews on the AirBB listing.
What makes this property unique
The house has an incredibly dramatic pool area - constructed several feet below the grade of the yard, around an existing cenote and waterfall.
The house was renovated in 2025 with new Lucid mattresses, luxury bamboo sheets, Turkish cotton towels, Tulum inspired decor, new living room furniture, all new kitchen appliances, new ac units and a water softener .
