Description
This Gulf Access home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The oversized screened lanai features a heated pool, dining area and sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs. A great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long! There's even a "plunge pool" on the lanai, for cooler water, looks like a hot tub but isn't.

Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 10 minutes away! There are bikes to explore the neighborhood and 2 kayaks to paddle around the canals. We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.

At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

The house has a very open floor plan with spacious, light filled rooms. The new kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter top. The large living /dining area provides a comfortable gathering spot for your whole group to watch movies in the evening or to watch the kids playing in the pool and hot tub.

The large master bedroom suite features a coastal style king size bed, large closet, TV with Netflix and local channels and bathroom. On the opposite side of the house another master bedroom with king size bed and guest bedroom with king size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

The house and pool were clean and nice. The hot tub did not work, which was a disappointment and 2 of the 3 kayaks were broken. (1 of those actually not at all usable.)The house location was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a good stay. This home had enough room for all of us and we felt like we had our own space. Everything we needed was there. Clear instructions to enter although lock was hard to open and needs to be replaced. Took some time to get it opened. The hot tub worked as expected. The pool was too cold to swim in. But all in all a good stay. Plenty of towels.

The home was very spacious and clean. My Mom and I were very comfortable. Pool was cold and so was hot tub even after heater was fixed. Location was great. I didn't care for the honey do list of house chores to complete before leaving since we paid for cleaning service upon exiting. Not that we would have left a mess but I thought that was quite rude to expect that. I did complete it as requested though to ensure I wasn't charged an additional fee. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

House was clean. We had 6 people and the place was big enough and didn’t feel like we were crowded. Nice having 3 full bathrooms. The only thing was there are not too many towels if you have more people, so felt like we did towel laundry more often. Would definitely stay again. Great area.

Wonderful stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is big and the lanai has plenty of seating. The home is well stocked and very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is on a nice quiet street and the canal makes it extra peaceful. We’ll be back for sure!!

We have family in Cape Coral so it was a wonderful reunion. Great bay access, kayaks and bikes. Everyone loved the hot tub. We had a couple of very small problems that Tony took care of ASAP even though it was Christmas week.

Great vacation spot!

Had a great time. Struggled with the TVs and internet connection, hot tub jets didn’t work but house was great! Would stay again since the issues were things that can be fixed.
