We loved our stay here and can’t wait to get back! The home was clean and had everything you would need. The pool was an amazing escape from the heat. We loved spending time fishing off the dock and riding bikes at night. I would recommend to my friends and family!

House is very clean and as described. Pool area and backyard is excellent. We woke up in the morning and had our coffee by the water so peaceful. Neighborhood is quite, a great place to relax and enjoy family on vacation. The little things like dish soap, garbage bags and laundry and dish tabs they provided is such a thought from the owner it makes a difference when tou have some of those items to start your vacation. We would love to stay there again and would recommend house. The beds were a little hard for our comfort but someone else might like the firmness.thats the only thing we didnt care for. Overall excellect stay and location.

Fantastic house, great holiday

This is a great house, excellent quality everywhere and very relaxing location. Whole place is very well kept and lovely location by the water. Kayaking is great on peaceful canal. Highly recommended.

Great view of canal

Just the right location for our short 5 day stay. Close to Target, Publix, restaurants, and about 30 minutes to Ft Myers Beach. Pool was warm and relaxing for multiple days.

Retirement get away

Very clean in nice location near everything. Had a problem with stove didn’t work but property owner called back right away and took care of problem and offered to buy dinner. Would stay there again.

Was not able to enjoy the pool much. The pool water temperature was a chilly 76-degrees. Could not watch TV in the outdoor screened in area. There is a six-lane highway (Veterans), that is within eye shot of the backyard. The traffic noise drowns out any relaxing to be done outside in the Lanai.

Amazing Family Vacation

We, the Dunnam family have enjoyed a handful of vacation’s to Florida over the past few years. The clear water and Cape Coral areas have been our favorites to frequent. This home is even nicer than the pictures! Our family of 4 enjoyed the house very much! The yacht club beach is still closed from hurricane Ian which stinks as it’s our favorite to visit but fort myers beach is only 30 minutes away and is open.

Best Villa

This house is the nicest villa we have stayed at in the thirty years we have been travelling to Florida. The house is immaculate and very modern. Beautiful furnishing which is what I like on my hols. Bed very comfortable. Everything looked brand new. The setting looking over the waterway is so peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this villa is well worth it and the pool in September was the perfect temperature. Very well looked after villa in the perfect setting. Highly recommend.

New Years with the family

We loved the sunny waterfront oasis home! It is clean, modern and has all the amenities and more you need. You can tell the owners care about it! We spent hours in the pool and enjoying the channel from the dock. Even if it was cool outside the pool and lanai were warm and sunny. We went out in the kayaks and rode the bikes around the neighbourhood. Our adult kids loved being able to walk to Target. Everything is close by and Cape Coral is a lovely place to visit . We highly recommend this home and hope to come back soon!! Don is helpful and the whole process was so easy!

Perfect place

This property has it all! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, well maintained, and even extras are included that others charge for! This house became our home for the week! The location is perfect for getting around. There’s a grocery store at the end of the street. Restaurants right around the corner. Of all the houses that we’ve stayed at in the cape. This is by far the best one ever! We are planning on staying here again from now on. Don is great. We had an issue with a shower head and it was fixed the next day. I can’t recommend this house enough. You wouldn’t regret staying here.

An absolute gem!

I rented this house with my mom and sister the last 2 weeks of December. The house is an absolute gem. It’s spacious, yet comfortable, clean and updated with modern amenities. The kitchen is very gourmet and is very well equipped. I’ve stayed in many rentals over the years and none were as outfitted as nicely as this one. The outdoor space is a dream. We spent much of our time out there and loved every minute of it. The location is great too. A quiet neighborhood that’s a short drive / easy walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I give this house a 20. 🙂

This home is in a great location which is close to everything and it sits on a bend in the road so the back of the property is larger and has views like no other! Literally from sunrise to sunset!! Plus its not just a canal, its on a corner of intersecting canals so its more than triple the size of others giving you those amazing views!
