Host communicated check in details very clearly early on often. I’ve been to this resort many times and the room was as expected. I recommend this host.

We stayed here for my son’s birthday and had a great experience! I’ve stayed at Glacier Canyon Lodge a few times before, but this was my first time booking with this host. They were super quick to answer any questions, and check-in was really easy. They even added a birthday sign and balloons to our door, which was such a thoughtful touch! Our room was also nice and close to the water park, which was a huge plus with the kids! The only bummer was that our favorite water park was closed for maintenance that weekend, but obviously that was completely out of the host’s control. We’d definitely stay here again! The only thing to note is that the guests upstairs were very loud, so you may want to request a room on an upper floor.

Thank you so much for celebrating your son’s birthday with us! We’re thrilled to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed the easy check-in, quick communication, and little birthday surprise. We’re especially glad the location made things convenient for the kids! We’re sorry about the noise from the guests upstairs, and we truly appreciate you sharing that feedback. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we’d love to welcome you back for another stay!
