Village house renovated with a concern for authenticity.

Maison Marinette is a family home that we have just renovated and have been offering for rental since 2017.
Covering an area of approximately 150m2 (excluding annex building), it is equipped to accommodate 12 people.

Ground floor: living room opening onto patio, large kitchen opening onto a courtyard with covered terrace, large dining room, shower room with shower, separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed - 2 double bedrooms with 140 cm bed - 1 children's bedroom with 3 x 2 bunk beds), 1 second bathroom with shower.
In front of the house: Non-adjoining garden with annex building converted into a recreation room (street between house and non-busy garden).
Equipment: gas cooking piano, gas plancha, dishwasher 12 place settings, large refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, television, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, ...
Possibility of loaning 3 adult bikes (1 new mountain bike, 2 old road bikes)

Linen not provided - Possibility to rent sheets on arrival (bed linen: 12 € / bed / stay)

In the village: several shops, services and leisure activities (grocery store - bread store, butcher, post office, tourist office, paragliding school, multisport guides)
Located in a magnificent setting, Arbas is a beautiful village which is an ideal base for many nature activities.

Gite pour un sejour pêche

Nous devions passer 3 jours 2 nuits pour un stage de pêche sur les rivieres environnantes dans ce super gite de village, la meteo en a decidé autrement... la proprietaire a été exemplaire face à notre séjour raccourci et a fait preuve d'une grande solidarité. Un grand merci, et heureux de rencontrer encore des gens honnêtes. Le gite quand à lui est bien équipé, spacieux et offre plusieurs couchages parfait pour les groupes... Christelle sur place nous a tres bien accueilli, une belle rencontre également. Foncez

Todo perfecto, Una Casa sencilla. Pero perfecta para varias personas. Nosotros éramos 7 pers. no tuvimos problemas ni con los baños o duchas, una cocina enorme. Un patio interior perfecto con una plancha a gas perfecta. Todo muy bien.

Super séjour entre amis dans la maison Marinette

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la maison 8 adultes 3 bébés un week-end de forte chaleur La maison était parfaite, très fraîche et bien équipée. Le petit jardin ombragée nous a permis de profiter de l’esterieur et de la fraîcheur de la rivière. Le matin à la fraîche nous avons pu profiter des randonnées aux alentours. L’accueil par Kristelle était parfaite, et la communication avec Hélène également Merci

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires Helene et son mari qui nous ont fait le tour de la propriété. Maison agréable et confortable, avec une bonne literie, bien placé dans le village, 200m à peine du marché, boucher, épicerie/pain et café. Excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Literie de très bonne qualité.L'agencement de la maison permet vraiment d'accueillir une très grande famille. La petite cour a été très appréciée lors des repas Pour les amoureux de la nature, randonnées au départ de la maison. Parapente, VTT ou trottinette de descente et terrain de boules au village. Une épicerie boucherie permet de se dépanner. A visiter : St Bertrand de Comminche, et Carcassonne (1h et demie de route). Merci pour l'accueil de Kristelle. Cordialement. Daniel

excellent séjour à Arbas

Nous avons passé un weekend très agréable dans votre maison. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 3 enfants) à y séjourner. La maison est idéalement situé près du centre du village. De belles ballades sont accessible au départ même de la maison. Concernant la maison, elle possède tout le confort (literie neuve) et les équipements nécessaires (mention spéciale pour la machine à expresso :-)), la cour est très agréable, et le jardin attenant a permis aux enfants de bien s'amuser avec le matériel de loisirs à disposition. L'accueil de Frantz fut adorable avec une disponibilité de tous les instants. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr et avec grand plaisir. A bientôt. Thierry
