Luxury Three Bedroom Three Bath Villa overlooking Shelter Cove Marina

This Three Bedroom Three Bath Villa is newly furnished and overlooks the 175 slip Shelter Cove Marina and Entertainment Pavilion where there is live entertainment five nights a week and fireworks every Tuesday from May through
August.

The Living Room is newly furnished and includes a sleep sofa, two lounge chairs, flat screen TV and views of the marina. There is also a complete dining area with seating for six. The Kitchen is fully furnished with adjacent dining bar with extra seating. One bedroom is located on the first floor with private bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed sitting area. A new master bath suite with walk-in show is attached to the master bedroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. A third bedroom is located on the second floor with attached private bath.

Super nice place

The property was great, pool was nice, room was nice, everything was great. The only negative was we were not in the unit pictured in the listing. We have stayed in this area before and love it. We knew about the fire works on Tuesday night and saw from the photos on the listing we would be able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. The unit we were given had a direct view of the stage which was great for watching the nightly shows from the balcony but the fire works could not be seen from the balcony, we had to go down in the crowd to see the fire works. My mother which had trouble walking was unable to view them because she was not feeling well Tuesday evening. That is the only thing negative about the whole trip and we would definitely stay there again and probably will

Mother’s Day getaway

Beautiful property with spacious accommodations. Unit was very clean with all necessities. Convenient to shopping with several shops & eateries on site. Great place for relaxation. Would consider for another getaway.

Stayed three nights and had a fantastic time. The villa was very spacious and in a fantastic location within Shelter Cove. Whether relaxing on the balcony with the great views or walking down to any number of the great restaurants it was very enjoyable. Love this area and can't wait to go back!

We are a retired couple who live in the North East and Florida and enjoy Hilton Head Island. We fell in love with the island and the surrounding area and just had to be a part of Hilton Head.

Why they chose this property

This is the ideal way to own a villa on Hilton Head Island. We have a quarter share of our villa which allows us to have 13 weeks of vacation on the island. It also saves the big costs of owning and taking care of a property. Just come down and everything is here and taken care of.

What makes this property unique

Total maintenance and service. Everything is provided including furniture and some supplies. We have a great pool and the building is in excellent condition. What a place to have a vacation.
