Authentic historic adobe property in the heart of the Guadalupe / Rail yard District. This home has been lovingly restored while maintaining its original charm. A gated and covered patio surrounded by flowers & latilla fencing for privacy, welcomes your arrival. The inside features an expansive space with light filled living & dining rooms, beamed ceilings, fine artwork, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with eating area, separate study, and sunroom. There are three conforming bedrooms and another non-conforming bedroom typical of Santa Fe homes. Fifth sleeping area available in sunroom with a door for privacy. The property features two baths- one w shower and another with tub & shower. AC units in all bedrooms, new ceiling fans, and 72” flatscreen. Five minute walk to railyard restaurants, Railrunner, Violet Crown Theater and river trail. Plaza museums, galleries, etc are less than a 15 minute stroll. Large fenced yard perfect for furry companions. Outdoor dining areas on the covered front patio and under a pergola in the back. Gas bbq, ping pong, and corn hole onsite. New for 2027 are two king beds in the master and alternate bedroom- photos coming soon.

Great location and very close to plaza, canyon road, restaurants, etc. House was nice, comfortable and had two outside seating areas to enjoy the time with friends and family. Neighborhood was friendly with people walking daily. The host was great! We would stay here again.

The location was perfect for us. Great for walking our dog, short drive to restaurants, the Plaza, etc. we attended the opera and our host was kind to loan us a table for tailgating. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable. We loved the two patios and the hanging lanterns. The TV worked well and the kitchen had all we needed. A charming place to experience! Thank you for being dog friendly.

The bedroom situation was extremely awkward as 3 of the individuals as they had to walk through the bedrooms in order to go to the bathroom and this disturbed everyone’s sleep during the night.

This home was ideal as our family's home-base during our son's wedding weekend. It was spacious and flexible; we especially appreciated the roomy dining room table and office for those who needed some work-at-home time. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely which helped with the various comings and goings. The area was quiet and walkable to the plaza and many other places nearby. The room unit air conditioners were tested during the very hot days, and did well to keep the house cool and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful, thanks so much!

This was the second time I booked this rental. Once again the house and the rental experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very comfortable, attractive, and equipped with everything one could require, There are numerous areas to relax in such as a lovely back yard, and a covered eating space off the kitchen in addition to a spacious living room. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the Railyard District and the Plaza. The location like the accommodation is perfect. The host is readily available to answer questions, assist.with any needs, and gracious. When I visit Santa Fe again I will definitely rebook this rental.

The property was centrally located and close to many museums and restaurants. This property was a beautiful home, great space for a large group, home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We would highly recommend this home for others. There were 3 couples and two single women. Everyone had their own space. Walking distance to the Railyard district, the plaza and hiking. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the back. There was everything we needed for cooking group meals. We enjoyed the front and back area outdoor spaces. It was nice to have laundry facilities available. A special thanks for how attentive the hosts were to our needs. They responded quickly. A lovely home.

Perfect spot for multi families in Santa Fe

What a great place for multiple families for both overnight and for common space areas for games, eating, etc. The place is super cute, well-priced, and located in a great area. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in Santa Fe

This is a lovely house in Santa Fe. Decorated beautifully, and close to the plaza. It was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend!

Why they chose this property

The location of this home is fantastic. It is literally blocks from the Rail Yard and Plaza, and is one of only a few single level authentic territorial properties (my favorite type of architecture) in the neighborhood. Lovely & private covered front patio, and the home is expansive so families & friends can enjoy being together while also having their own space. Beautiful wood burning fireplace, and large backyard. Guests are always welcome to join us for happy hour at our home located in the Opera neighborhood!

Feel free to bring your bikes - the home is gated and can be locked if bike storage is needed.

Excellent Location, gated & authentic single level adobe territorial, expansive interior and exterior spaces, wood burning fireplace, and backyard that features patio, pergola, ping pong table, and BBQ Grill. I am 10 minutes away if you need anything!
