There are 3 BR's + Loft, and 2.5 Bathrooms, 2111 sq.ft., with the bedrooms located on the lower level, and the loft which sleeps up to 4 people as well. The sliding glass doors off of the family room and Master bedroom, when opened, allow you to hear the babbling creek. There is space just outside the condo between your front door and the condo next door to enjoy a grass area next to the creek or sledding adventures for the little ones. There are 2 dining tables, located on either side of the kitchen, allowing ample room for 2 families to enjoy their meals, or perhaps an adult table and kids table. Separate entry door, and ample parking.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful and plenty big for 10 people. 1.5 miles from the village. Definitely considering returning soon. We were there during a winter storm and the only suggestion I would give is bring a shovel.

My first time booking a place on Vrbo and I wasn’t disappointed. The home was Amazing. Clean, plenty of space and organized. Very homely. My kids enjoyed the games. I didn’t mind the short drive to the lifts or town at all. The area was very pretty as well. Nice stream in the back. The owner was very receptive if I had any questions. Great place in Mammoth Lakes

This place was wonderful for a large group weekend ski vacation. Bedding was clean and we slept well. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware, nice gas stove and fridge. The living room sofa was very comfortable and there was room everyone to hang out. The communal hot tub was also great.

The location is very beautiful: green, leafy, with the stream running nearby. The house is comfortable, well furnished, perfect for a family. The kitchen is large and has everything we needed for cooking.

Amazing mammoth family getaway

We had an amazing weekend trip to Mammoth with my family! The rental was spotless, fully stocked, and everything functioned perfectly. The host, Lynne was responsive and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

We usually stay closer to the resort so we can walk to the lodge, but I wanted to try something a little different. I loved it here. There was a ton of space, great views, the creek running in the back was an added bonus. Still very close to everything, less than 10 minutes driving for ski resort/restaurants/groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a wonderful weekend at Lynne’s condo. It is absolutely beautiful. It is such a great space for a family. I would highly recommend it. Clean and spacious. Parking was incredibly easy.

Great for a family get-together

Great location, large condo with a beautiful creek out back and mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped, spacious, and offers two separate dining areas. This was a perfect fit for our family ski trip (6 adults and 4 children). The living room was comfortable and welcoming with ample seating. Lynne was a joy to work with and we would love to stay here again!

Great place to relax and stage for outdoor adventure

Fast response from owner regarding any quest and very nice spacious condo. We stayed 3 day to acclimate before a long hike along the JMT and thus place was a perfect place. My daughters loved the loft, I loved the master with the creek, and my sister/husband said their bed was their favorite of all the places they’d stayed. Highly recommended.

The cabin/condo was wonderful in size and location to all activities. The only thing is that the cabin had a couple of things break while we were there. It is needing an upgrade as it is older. It’s needing to get some minor repairs and this should be done before the next person rents Otherwise very nice place and easy contact if owner/manager

Favorite Mammoth Condo ever

We've stayed in places all over Mammoth for many years. My wife and I agreed that this is our favorite. The layout of the home, the location, and the ease of communication with the owner were stellar. The one thing I would mention (this is not a complaint, but rather FYI) is that there is no garage. It can make things a little tricky if you have a lot of recreational stuff. We found ways to work around, but something you should know. Other than that, the place is great. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

Mammoth with the Family

Property was well situated in Mammoth and its end unit location was nice. There is a running stream behind the unit that added to the ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. The unit was furnished to accommodate all 10 of us in the family with plenty of space. The grandkids especially enjoyed the fuss ball game in the loft. The owner was responsive to our questions throughout our stay.

Great location in Snow Creek

Nice property in the heart of Snow Creek and next to the preserve. You can hear the babbling brook outside the property which is very soothing. It’s a spacious place and is good for a larger group. We had a couple small issues that we let Lynne know about that I suspect she’ll get sorted out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Creek side was special

We were a large extended family, and every body found things to do. The creek was an added bonus, and the little kids loved the duck pond. Having 2 big tables was helpful, one for puzzles and crafts, and one for meals.
