Dakota Trail Cabin is a 2 bedroom cabin within walking distance to Old Man's Cave State Park in Hocking Hills. Enjoy the convenience of not having to not having to find a parking space in a full lot at Old Man's Cave Park. With a private yard with easy parking. After hiking come and enjoy our 5 person hot tub on a covered porch. We offer an outdoor fire pit with a gas and charcoal grill. The cabin has 1 deck and one covered porch with outdoor furniture. A 40" smart tv with satellite tv and wireless internet for your enjoyment. Enjoy a gas log fireplace. A full kitchen with basic cooking utensils and tableware and a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. WE ALSO HAVE A SIMULAR CABIN , (STARR VALLEY ) WHICH IS CLOSE AND(PONDEROSA) ON THE SAME PROPERTY. Pet fee of $50.00 per stay,please don't forget to check ✅ the box. Home away from home

Nice, quiet place to be if ur not into party or entertaining, yet close to places if u are. Love the country setting with all the birds singing in the mornings. The dogs loved the opened field so they could do zoomies. Really loved the hot tub and fire pit.

Girls Hiking Trip

We had a great stay here! It fit our needs perfectly for a girls trip with 4 of us and a dog. The beds were comfortable. We had a couple of really great bon fires. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The location cannot be beat!

Easy access to trails, all the amenities you need

This cabin was perfectly situated for all our hiking in Hocking Hills. The visitor center and trails were right down the hill, and it was a short drive to nearby restaurants and shops. The side porch and hot tub were great for reading or soaking at the end of the day. The gas fireplace did not work out first night, but Hannah and company came over to fix it the next day. I even told Hannah we didn't drink coffee so she had extra hot chocolate cups for us to have. The place was serene and everything we needed for our visit!

Gas

Couldnt use the fireplace or the outside propane grill. Neither was a big deal at all. Other than that we were beyond happy. We'll definitely be staying here again.
