Beautiful apartment completely renovated and air conditioned ideal for holidays in Saint-Tropez. Ideally located in a very quiet residence with swimming pool, this property is less than 10 minutes' walk from the port, the famous Place des Lices and the beach.

Composed of a large living / dining room with sea view, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a WC and a laundry room this property is also very well equipped in a residence luxury: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, use of a private, numbered parking space, large swimming pool, pétanque pitch ...

Perfect!

This is a lovely, light-filled apartment with a slight ocean view. The property manager was quick to respond to our needs. The clothes washing machine and drying rack was an unexpected benefit. Perfect for our needs!

Sharon and her family are good guests, I reommand them. They are respectuous, well organized and sympathic. In this villa or in an another one I will welcome them again with pleasure if they want to come back to Saint-Tropez.

Simple lodging in St.Tropez

Property located in a residential area within walkable distance from the "action" in the Village. It is clean and spacious, but is very basic. The host did not provide any soap for the bathroom, or shampoo, and had to go get toilet paper at the check in. There was dish soap and laundry detergent available. Blow dryer was available. Plenty of towels and blankets. Some a/c units worked, some not so much. The swimming pool is not well maintined. There are no chairs or loungers, you can bring a towel and put it down on the pavement around the pool. We saw no one at the pool at all. One of the reasons we booked this property was wanting to relax and suntan and swim there, but it is not suitable for that purpose really and we were disappointed that the host had not mentioned the absence of loungers in his ad. Building itself and the parking are in the back of the block, away from the street so you need the host to meet you on the street to guide you towards it. The host was accessible via WhatsApp and VRBO sites before our arrival, very polite and generally positive. But the impression was ruined when he started counting glossy magazines he had left for us to read on the coffee table, as if ensuring that we did not take some at check out. We would not be staying at this property again, but for someone who needs a basic spacious stay in the area it should work fine.

I'm surprised to read this commentaries and to obtain only 2 stars. But we are all differents and we have a different point of view. That's what makes our world beautiful, or not... I will answer you point per point Olla : - I'm real estate agent specialized on rent and owner of this apartment. We try to make it as best as possible with my wife Delphine. So we put inside everything we would like to find. The apartment is 'very basic' but I don't see which equipment is missing (2 different coffee machine for people who like it, air conditioner (Daikin) and TV in each bedroom, Harman Kardon sound system, safe box, even a sea view that I don't mention in my advertising...). Even shower gel that it seems you didn't find. We provide tea and coffee! And in which concerns the toilet paper I recognize that when I found out that I was missing I brought back one in 5 minutes as I also live in the residence and always have a reserve of everything. But sorry for that... - For the unit A/C does it work or not? What do you mean by 'not so much'? Please let me remind you that we finish the complete renovation of the apartment on 25th May 2017 so everything is new and working correctly. Clients are actually in and there is no problem. - I'm surprised to read that swimming-pool is not well maintained. We had a concierge who lives in the residence and who is paid to take care of it every day. You are the first client who says that and I'm sorry but I'm not agree with you. - For the location of the apartment the fact that it's not on the street guarantee quiet night with no traffic. And to be sure that it's easy for you to arrive I give all instructions for the GPS and I wait in the street (almost 40 minutes for you). - Sorry if you have a bad impression about me, I will pay attention to that for the future, but one more time, you are the first person to say that! Why??? Do you really think I'm scared you to take the magazines or plan/maps and guide book??? There are things that I put in the apartment at disposition of clients. I go every where in Saint-Tropez to take all good magazines and informations or firms bring it directly to the agency, it's just free. At the sametime you are the first client who moved everything in the apartment... Only one night but you moved every vase, ashtray, all bibelots for decoration... It's a little bit surprising in only 1 night staying. It's your right but unusual. The same for me as for you : I would like to do not welcome you again
