The house 'Lei Pitchouns' is located 300m from the Bouillabaisse beach and 15mn walk from the town center (Place des Lices). Ideally placed this house of 100m2 is of a recent construction any comfort with air conditioning in all the main rooms, private parking, 2 beautiful terrace of 45m2 (one facing south and another facing west shaded) and a large plot of land an area of ​​1000m2 with a game of boules. Zentrale Lage 15 Gehminuten in die Stadt

Ein schönes Haus mit grossem Garten. Man ist schnell nach Saint Tropez in die Stadt gelaufen und ist in 7 Minuten per Auto an den tollen Stränden von Pampellone. Die nahegelegene Strasse ist etwas laut und verhindert ein ruhiges Entspannen im Garten. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen am Rand von St. Tropez

Ein schönes Häuschen in toller Lage mit zwei Terrassen, so dass man den ganzen Tag ein sonniges Plätzchen hat. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und unser Hund konnte frei laufen. Im Haushalt ist alles für den täglichen vorhanden. Check in und Check out sehr nett und einfach. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Annette

St Tropez Haus

Sehr zentral, gut zu erreichen Stadtmitte, Strand. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Ramatuelle, Pampelonne Strand und zahlreiche Domäne. Bäckerei ist gleich in der Nähe. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, keine Strandtücher. Leider ein wenig von Lärm betroffen.

Excellent choice for family vacation.

The house is perfectly located nearby St Tropez village centre, which it’s about 10/15 mins walking distance. The nearest beach it’s only few mins walking and most of the area famous beaches are reachable by car (traffic permitting) in abt 15/20 mins average. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious with a cozy and relaxing garden area , very well equipped. Elodie is a friendly and quite efficient guest. I have no doubts to recommend her to anyone looking to spend the holiday in this marvellous place

Des vacances parfaites, dans un cadre agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé de parfaites vacances. La maison d'Elodie est vraiment agréable, propre et fonctionnelle mais pas seulement => elle est aussi lumineuse et on s'y sent bien, et le jardin est très beau. L'accueil d'Elodie a été très chaleureux. La maison est par ailleurs vraiment idéalement située, à 300 mètres seulement de la plage de la Bouillabaisse, et à 7/10 minutes de la plage de Pampelonne. Tout est facile car à proximité. Je recommande vivement la maison d'Elodie qui permet d'allier repos et vie animée de Saint-Tropez pas loin du tout, si on le souhaite. Elle est parfaite aussi pour les enfants, qui peuvent jouer librement dans le jardin

Amazing stay in St. Tropez!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in St. Tropez at Elodie’s House. She was a great communicator throughout the process always available to answer any questions and offer suggestions. The house was situated very close to all the beaches, old town and amazing restaurants. The house was perfect for our 2 year old to run around the lawn outside and play on both patios. It a basic house but very functional. They only downside is it’s a bit close to a very busy road (especially in July/August) so when outside you can hear the traffic on the adjacent road. I’m sure other times of the year when it’s not high season it’s quieter. Overall it’s a great house to stay in with a small family close to everything you would be interested in seeing/doing!

Lovely clean and functional house near the beach and city

We stayed for 9 nights in this great house with our 2 years old son and nanny. Perfect size for that. Very clean and nice. Perfect located only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the city. 4 minutes drive to Club55. Big garden with sun beds. Great communication with Elodie before and under our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house, we can highly recommend. Only note for families is that the road is with strong traffic and not safe for smaller kids to walk alone at to the beach.

Great Location

The villa is in a great location for the beach and only a 10 min walk into St Tropez. The villa is very comfortable for 4. Very good communication with Elodie before and during our stay. Only down side was that there were only 3 sun loungers if sunbathing at the villa and the one set of garden furniture was tired, but I would highly recommend the villa.

Schönes Häuschen mit tollem Garten, sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekt für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Zu Fuß 20min bis zur Innenstadt (Place des Lices). Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Einziges Manko: Im Elternbad gibt es keinen Duschvorhang und auch eine Stange zum Aufhängen der Brause fehlt. Bad im Anschluss an das Kinderzimmer sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour très agréable

Cela fait 2 années que nous louons cette maison. Elle est très agréable et l'emplacement est idéal. La plage de la bouillabaisse est à 200 m à pied et le centre ville à 10-15 mn .Un vrai luxe à Saint Tropez ... L'accueil à notre arrivée y est toujours sympatique et chaleureux. La maison est très fonctionnelle et propre: il ne manque rien! Nous espérons y revenir très vite !!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille début juin dans cette belle maison neuve à la fois jolie et très fonctionnelle, d'où on peut atteindre à pied le centre de Saint-Tropez et la plage de la Bouillabaisse. La maison et le jardin sont très adaptés pour des enfants en bas age avec pelouse, terrain de boules et grandes terrasses. L'accueil des propriétaires est d'une grande gentillesse et plein d'attentions (bouteiile de rosée au frais à l'arrivée).

Wonderful location, wonderful property

My partner, daughter and I had a fantastic stay in St Tropez and loved this property. It was less than 5 mins walk to Boullibasse Beach with fab restaurants. The town itself was about an 8 minute walk. The owner was super helpful and provided us with a travel cot and highchair plus advice on the transfer from Toulon airport. The property itself was modern, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. A well deserved 5 stars!!

Maison chaleureuse et agréable

Un accueil parfait (rosé et eau au réfrigérateur), les lits sont faits, la maison est chaleureuse et très agréable. Très bien située (15 mn à pied de la Place des Lices ou du Port), il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser un véhicule pour aller au village et on évite les encombrements et le manque de parkings... Sur la route des plages, on évite aussi le monde pour les plages de Ramatuelle. Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous attendons juste que le jardin soit terminé et tout sera parfait !

Merci pour ce retour qui fait toujours plaisir et qui montre que le soin apporté à nos hôtes afin que l’on passe de bonnes vacances dans notre maison « Lei Pitchouns » à St Tropez porte ses fruits. Il est vrai qu’avec le mauvais temps de cet hiver et du printemps, la végétation n’était pas aussi belle que d’habitude. Mais en été les vignes et les lauriers auront bien poussé et bientôt du gazon viendra remplacer le gravier.

Schöne neue Villa nahe Zentrum

Wir waren zu 4 Personen 8Tage lang in der Villa eingemietet. Ich kann die Unterkunft zweifellos empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und hell. Die Betten sind bequem und in den Kleiderschränken genug Platz. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst ein Grill und eine Waschmaschine die man nutzen kann. Es gibt mehrere Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse, wo man herrlich einen ruhigen Abend verbringen kann. Die Villa liegt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Place de Lices und direkt auf der Straße zum bekannten Pampelonne Strand, den man mit dem Auto in 5 Min. bereits erreicht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und sie konnte uns viele Tipps geben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder. St. Tropez ist aufjedenfall eine Reise wert.

Everyone that stay at the house say that it is really well located because near the beaches and near St Tropez. Since the house is new (built 4 years ago), each equipment is new as well !

Séjour agréable et sympathique

La villa est très bien conçue, bien aménagée et extrèmement propre. Il ne manque rien et de plus ce n'est pas de la récup ( vaisselle assortie, électo-ménager de qualité ). Au calme et sans vis-à-vis. A pied à la plage et au centre ville de Saint Tropez, ce qui est un vrai luxe en été. L'accueil est très sympathique avec de délicates attentions à l'arrivée ( bouteilles d'eau et de rosé au frais ), après le voyage, c'est très agréable. Sejour parfait.
