very nice typical independent villa refurbished, lighthouse district, "el munts", very quiet.
The house, with a maximum capacity of 7 people, is on the ground floor and has a large living room, dining room, an equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with large shower and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. and 1 bedroom with 160 bed. The villa has an independent parental suite with shower room and 150 bed. Possibility to rent all (7 beds with a supplement of 200 € per week) or part of the house (5 beds) A very large terrace, with garden furniture is adjacent to the living room. It is surrounded by a 400 m2 garden with trees. It has air conditioning.

Apartamento muy cómodo ideal familias

Hemos pasado una semana genial. Tres familias, una por habitacion, 6 adultos y 3 niños. Hemos usado el apartamento extra. Todo muy bonito, limpio y adecuado. A 10 minutos de playas ideales para niños. Suerte del aire acondicionado porque nos ha pilldo ola de calor. Hemos aprovechado poco la terraza i el jardin justamente por tanto calor, sino hubiera sido un sitio perfecto para comidas y cenas. Todas las dudas con la propietaria han sido solventadas muy rápido! Gracias por todo Laetitia. Volveremos!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die 14 Tage sehr genossen, Die ruhige Lage (10min zu Fuß bis zum Strand) war perfekt zum Entspannen, Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, modern mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Laetitia ist eine gewissenhafte, freundiche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, sie war immer erreichbar und jede Frage wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das gemütliche Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen gepflegten Gegend, mit Einfamilien- bzw. Reihenhäusern. Der wunderschöne lange breite Strand ist in 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Am Stran entlang verläuft eine Steandpromenade, wo viele Lokale zu finden sind. Wir unternahnem Morgens einen langen Spaziergang am Strand ind genossen danach unseren Kaffee in einem der Cafés. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind modern renoviert, mit bidenebenen Duschen. Für die Zubereitung der Speisen ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine elektrische Grillplatte, die wir auch einmal genutzt haben. Der Garten lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen und zum Mittagsschläfchen ein. Auch die Bucht und der nächste kleine Ort Altafulla sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ortskern findet man größere Supermärkte und Gemüseläden. An der Strandpromenade einen Spar und Bäckerei, die ein fantastisches Passtiserieangebot hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut. Laetitia ist sehr veständnisvoll und antwortete innerhald weniger Minuten. Sie beantwortete mit viel Geduld alle unsere Fragen. Die An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Wir waren leider nur eine Woche in Torredembarra, aber wir können es uns vorstellen wieder hier Urlaub zu machen. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, mit großem Balkon, ideal fürs Frühstück unter freiem Himmel. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen, alles vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien. Auch den Strand kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen.

A week in Torredembarra

We were all very pleased with the standard of the accommodation, the rooms and decor was of a high quality and tastefully done. Every item or utensil that we needed was provided and in ample numbers, so enough plates to use and leave in dishwasher without having to constantly use. The outdoor veranda was delightful and a great place to sit in the morning sun. Air conditioning was a great and worked well. We used the additional room underneath the main house and apart from usual issues for this kind of room it was nicely decorated and the extra bathroom was very useful.....great property.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Torredembarra, la ville historique est très agréable. La maison était parfaite. A notre arrivée des boissons fraîches nous attendaient, il faisait très chaud et on a apprécié. Bonne literie, équipement général super, espace détente ombragé super pour la lecture. La maison est bien située, la mer à 2 pas, les plages à 10 minutes. La région est très jolie et beaucoup de choses à visiter(Altafula à 5', Tarragone à 20', Barcelone à 1h). Propriétaire très disponible et attentif au bon déroulement du séjour. Location à recommander. Suggestion: mettre à disposition un book sur les incontournables, jour de marché(mardi), fêtes locales.....

Vacances au calme en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie villa, propre et bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme et proche des plages et du port. La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement, et les équipements de cuisine (lave-vaisselle, couverts...) sont bien adaptés. Nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner. A signaler que la chambre supplémentaire en rez-de-jardin dispose d'un seul ventilateur pour les grandes chaleurs et donc plus problématique à réchauffer pour les soirées fraîches. Nous étions prévenus d'apporter nos serviettes de bain, mais un tapis de bain à demeure pourrait être utile. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir jouer dans le jardin bien ombragé. Nous n'avons pas eu de contact direct sur place mais avons récupéré les clés sans difficultés. Les échanges avec les propriétaires étaient faciles, rapides et sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette location qui nous a permis de profiter de cette partie de la côte catalane en toute sérénité.

Super séjour dans trés belle villa

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances , la villa est charmante et super bien équipée avec du mobilier neuf et décorée avec beaucoup de goût , tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos , très bon emplacement à 100m de la plage. De plus Lilianna la dame qui nous accueille est très sympathique et professionnelle .
