Breezy Catalunya Casas villa for 5 guests with a private pool, only 3km from the beaches of Costa Dorada!



After exploring the nearby beaches of Costa Dorada, take a dip in your own private pool (3.5m x 8m, with a depth from 1 to 2 meters) and enjoy home-cooked meals prepared on the outdoor barbecue as you sip sangria under the setting sun.



Inside this Catalunya Casas villa, you can prepare your own meals in your fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Relax in a comfortable living room with sofas.



Two bedrooms welcome 5 guests in one double bed and three single beds. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.

Buenos días, nuestra estancia a sido fantástica. Creo que poco se puede mejorar , pero si tengo que dar un consejo , sería el de tener la piscina en condiciones óptimas el día de entrada, pues me imagino que quien reserva una casa con ella es para poder disfrutarla desde el primer día y no al tercer día como ha sido nuestro caso. Indicar que la persona del mantenimiento de la piscina, magnífica persona,lo acondicionó en una noche,al día siguiente estaba en perfecto estado. Poco más que comentar, hemos disfrutado de una semana de relax toda la familia. Tomamos nota para próximas necesidades. Muchas gracias.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft im ruhiger Lage

Großer abgeschlossener Grundstück, mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Alle Geschäfte, sowie Strände innerhalb von 8-15 Minuten mit einem Auto erreichbar. Die sofortigen Rückmeldungen von Betreuer der Catalunyacasas bei Fragen oder diversen Anliegen. Neues Geschirr, wie Pfannen, Töpfe, Salatschüssel.

Ha cumplido la expectativas

Aunque te hacen pagar por usar el aire acondicionado y la casa no estaba tan limpia como te exigen a ti al dejarla, todo lo demás perfecto. La casa se ajusta 100% a lo que anuncian. Cómoda, tranquila, cuidada, muy bien equipada, un wifi excelente. Recomendable.

Gracias por tus comentarios Isaac! Como lo explica el anuncio, el aire acondicionado es un servicio adicional que proveemos a petición del cliente. Lamentablemente debemos cobrarlo por separado porque los huéspedes no suelen hacer uso razonable de este servicio tan costoso. Por otro lado, te recuerdo la política de limpieza en los términos y condiciones que aceptaste al reservar: si algún huésped encuentra problemas con el estado de limpieza de la casa, enviamos inmediatamente al equipo de limpieza hasta que el huésped esté satisfecho. Sin embargo, me temo que no nos informaste sobre problemas de limpieza a tu llegada y no tuvimos oportunidad de rectificarlo. Esperamos darte la bienvenida nuevamente pronto y que vuelvas a disfrutar tu estadía con nosotros!

Région très belle, proximité plages, commodités.

Déception de son état d’entretien sur les parties extérieures, manque d’équipement ex 3 transat Pour une capacité 5, casseroles, poêles, saladier.... très minimaliste et bas de gamme. Problème de puissance électrique four + 3 plaques de cuissons font disjoncter, wifi qui n’est en fait qu’un forfait avec du Go soit au bout de 4 jours plus d’accès. Climatisation indiqué dans descriptif maison mais une fois acompte versé option payante , idem pour les animaux.

Merci pour vos commentaires Stéphane, mais nous sommes choqués par ceux-ci car nous n'avons pas été informés de ces problèmes pendant votre séjour, nous n'avons donc pas eu la chance de les résoudre ou de vous aider avec tout ce dont vous aviez besoin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, mais s'il manquait quelque chose, vous auriez dû nous en informer afin que nous vous la livrions immédiatement comme nous le faisons habituellement dans ces cas. C'est la première fois que nous avons des problèmes électriques, mais nous allons certainement réviser car c'est important. Internet se recharge à chaque séjour avec 40 gigabytes. Pour une navigation et une utilisation normales, c'est plus que suffisant. Si plus est nécessaire et nous sommes informés, nous pouvons organiser cela.

Une location bien équipée, simple, avec tout le nécessaire et confortable pour passer de bonnes vacances La piscine est très bien entretenue et agréable, on y passe le plus clair de notre temps La mer est accessible en 10mn avec une plage au sable fin et pas bondée de monde L’agence Catalunya Casas est réactive, à notre écoute et disponible en cas de problème. Le seul bémol c’est la nuisance due aux chiens du quartier par moment Mais cela n’empêche pas de passer de bonnes vacances et je recommande cette location sans soucis

Perfekt og velholdt hus i dejlige omgivelser.

Villaen i Villa Mas Borras var virkelig skøn - dejlig pool, skønt udendørs grillområde og dejlig terrasse. Catalunya Casas servicemedarejderne var meget hjælpsomme, og svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål via mail. Og var meget fleksible omkring afrejsetidspunkt. Eneste mangel var aircondition - det ville være rart i sommervarmen. Men alt i alt, et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen.
