Enter condo C104 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Beach House

The condo was clean, well appointed and a great location on the first floor, with easy access to the pool and beach. The bed was very comfortable. Jan and Cory made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Location!!!

Most convenient condo ever! Booking again!

We will definitely be booking this condo (or another offered by Jan) again next year! It truly could not be more convenient between the pool being right outside the back patio, the beach access behind it, and the overall location of the condos. Jan was very sweet and attentive via email throughout our stay, and even left a sweet gift for us upon arrival. A great host and a great condo! Can’t wait to book with you again :)

Wonderful time loved everything can’t wait to come back next year

We had a wonderful time this year the room was so nice had everything we needed the weather was beautiful the whole week we love being right by pool on 1st floor I’m older so it’s good for me an my granddaughter can watch her girls in pool everything is so nice an clean the only thing we didn’t like was how the beach chairs were done this year it’s much better when u can go get your name on chair an not worry about someone moving your things other wise everything was great thank you for wonderful service

We had a wonderful time the condo was so nice an clean we had everything we needed including an ice maker the washer an dryer were very good we just loved being on first floor I'm 73 years old an it was perfect for me an my grandkids an great grandkids could play in pool an we could watch them bc we were right in front of pool we also had 2chsirs an umbrella everyday for free hope to get the same room next year

Spring Break Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. There were a few things that needed a little attention, but probably don't receive the attention that is needed because of how many people are in and out. I feel as though these are very minor issues and overall it was a lovely place. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Location was perfect. We enjoyed being on the ground floor as well. The care package was a very nice touch as well and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

The best condo we have found in the area.

We returned to Jan's beautiful condo and found even more reason to book our vacation there. The new wood table and chairs in the dining area add a warm homey touch to the open room. The new granite countertops have been lowered to the height of the kitchen counters and make the large room seem huge. The wooden bar stools are an added plus. The comfy leather couch is perfect for an afternoon nap or watching the 55 inch TV. From the master bedroom we listened to the soothing waves as we fell asleep. And the guest bedroom is perfect for additional guests and children with the queen bed and new bunk bed. Then we stepped outside to see the nice patio, heated pool and great view of the Gulf of Mexico. We watched beautiful sunsets from the beach house grass overlooking the sugar white sand. Jan is a super owner who really goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable and feel right at home. The two bedroom condo cannot be beat for comfort and convenience to restaurants and shops in Miramar Beach. Tom and Pat

Convenient & comfortable stay!

We loved our stay in this condo! Here’s a list of pros and a few cons that didn’t inhibit our good time… Pros - you get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Additional can be purchased. It was nice to not have to fight for a spot on the beach. - you don’t have to check-in at an alternate location to get in - plenty of kitchen appliances: air fryer, crock pot, literally anything you need if you want to cook. - Separate wine fridge which we used as a drink fridge kept our refrigerator space for food - easy access to pool and beach on 1st floor - it was clean when we arrived - you are in walking distance to The Surf Hut and Alvin’s Island. Plus close to pretty much anything else you want to do. Outlets are close. - the beach and pool are private and you didn’t have to fight with a lot of public traffic on the property Cons - because you are on 1st floor and by the pool there isn’t a good view of the ocean from your condo. Also not much of a breeze out there. - the washing machine has a strong odor like a lot of front loaders do. I think it needs to be drained. - there’s a security guard that’s there sometimes. He was a little overzealous for our taste. He yelled at us one night when we pulled in and didn’t stop because we didn’t see him. We had our parking tag in the dash. That was the first time we had seen him so he caught us off guard. However, it was nice to know someone was keeping people off the property. - check out is at 9am. We are use to 10 or 11am. - the condo was clean but could use a good deep cleaning in areas like the vents. Like I said, overall a great place to stay. We would definitely visit again.

Great location

The location could not be better. You walk out of the living room into a grassy area Infront of the pool and walk down the steps to the beach. The condo is in need of a big upgrade and deep cleaning. The washer had mold in it and the rugs were filthy. We appreciated the pool toys on the patio for the kids to take to the beach. I enjoyed waking up early to use the workout room around the corner from the condo. We made use of the grills nightly which were also right around the corner. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family beach vacation

We love the beach house. We used to stay here every year when we were younger. You can’t beat the location. You walk out your back door right to the beach. There are no roads to cross. Jan and Corey were great hosts. The condo has everything you need. The ice machine was a nice bonus. This particular condo does need updated. The AC unit for the entire condo sounds like it’s in the kitchen and kicks on often and is loud. If you’re looking for a great location and comfortable bed with all of the amenities, this is your place.

Great host, great condo, great location

Our experience with Jan was fabulous. Her communication with us was no less than stellar. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, thunderstorms and heavy rain both days we stayed here so we never got to the beach but the kiddos took a quick dip in the pool during a break in the rain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for us. Perfect little spot with great access to the beach. There’s pls try of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Stay here, you will be so pleased!!

Nice location for a quiet beach front view

Overall - condo looked just like the photos - no surprise there. We were a little dissapointed about the orange fencing that kept us from being able to use the beach side entrance to and from the pool and beach which was the entire reason we had booked 1st floor condo. We had to walk around all week - which was kind of a pain We understood it is temporary but would have been nice to know in advance - we could have booked a different floor or at least known. Check out at 9 is rough if you are not ready for it. I understand the need for time needed to clean room for next guest. We did not have to do too much for check out so that was good trash and dishes. Jan was very helpful and great about checking on us - A+ hostess.

Excellent location and customer service

We stayed here the last week in July 2019, the location is excellent, the condo was very nice and clean. Jan was the absolute best and cares to make sure your stay is grand! I hope to stay here each year and cannot wait to get back very soon. One thing, this condo is ground level, at first I wished I had the higher view, but then I discovered not having to wait on the elevator each time we left the unit. That was a major plus. This unit was the best choice ever and Jan will make sure your stay is all you expect it to be!

Beautiful setting and close to everything you need

Amazing place to stay. We slept 8 in 104C and really enjoyed the morning beach walks and beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and homey and walks around the pool and out to the beach. Close to groceries and a short beach walk to Surf Hut for great dining and drinks. Jan and Cory were amazingly helpful with lots of great ideas for things to do. Can't wait to return.

Perfect location!! Quiet location but close to everything, hidden jewel!!

Owner was great!! Very hospitable and made us feel like a true house guest. Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

What makes this property unique

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
