Charming cottage, Ardèche Gorges.

At the foot of the Ardèche gorges, our holiday cottage, located outside the village of Saint Julien de Peyrolas, sits at the foot of a sunny hill in a quiet area.

Recently built in 2015, on one level, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Its living room / kitchen are fully equipped to make your stay most comfortable.
Composed of two separate bedrooms and a terrace not overlooked, it is particularly suitable for couples wishing to rest in peace or families with young children.

Around an hour away, Avignon, Vaison la Romaine, the Duchy of Uzès, Pont du Gard and Nîmes offer other very beautiful excursions.

nettes Häuschen in zentraler Lage für Ausflüge rund um die Ardeche.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Alles da was man braucht. Funktionierende Klimaanlage. Supermarkt mit Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. WLAN war etwas langsam.Netter Gastgeber.

Nooit meer!

Het huisje was prima verzorgd, geheel conform de foto’s. In de omschrijving staat dat het huis aan de voet van een heuvel ligt, hetgeen wordt bevestigd als men inzoomt op de geplaatste pin op de kaart. Hierdoor wordt de indruk gewekt dat men vanuit het huis gemakkelijk fietsend of wandelend even naar de bakker of het dorp kan. Het huis ligt echter halverwege de heuvel en is alleen bereikbaar via een steile helling. Bij het huis is verder een lange steile en smalle afrit door het grind om bij de parkeerplaats te komen, waarbij maar net voldoende ruimte is om de auto tussen twee muurtjes door te manoeuvreren. Hierdoor was het voor ons (75) niet mogelijk vanuit het huisje, dat volgens de advertentie geschikt is voor mensen met een beperkte mobiliteit, een eindje te wandelen of (elektrisch) te fietsen en elke keer als we noodgedwongen met de auto op pad gingen waren we blij als we zonder krassen of deuken weer terug waren. Als we dit van tevoren hadden kunnen weten zouden we dit huis nooit hebben geboekt!

Je suis très surprise de ce commentaire très peu élogieux. Personne ne s'est jamais plein de la situation géographique de notre location . Votre commentaire laisse supposer que j'ai sciemment omis de préciser certaines informations . Je trouve cela très injuste . J'ai essayé de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible, dommage que cela n'ait pas été suffisant pour que vous ayez la bienveillance de le signaler !

Séjour en toute tranquillité

A la frontière entre l'Ardèche te le Gard, il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter. La tranquillité des lieux est assurée et le soleil toujours au rendez-vous.

Très belle fin d'année à Saint Julien de Peyrolas

Très agréable séjour en Ardèche pour cette fin d'année 2021. Dans un cadre extrêmement calme et boisé, le gîte est très agréable, fonctionnel et d'une propreté irréprochable. C'est juste parfait ! Schönes ruhiges Häuschen

Im Oktober waren wir zu zweit eine Woche an der Ardeche und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das lag auch an unserer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt absolut ruhig (man hört meist nur die Vögel zwitschern) und hat sogar eine eigene Einfahrt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist fast neu, das Bad sogar großzügig mit Natursteinen gefliest. Der Ort St-Julien ist klein und ohne Attraktionen, aber liegt günstig für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Pour la seconde année de suite, nous sommes retournés dans ce gîte aux portes de l'Ardèche. Bien situé, dans un environnement calme et dépaysant, nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir cet endroit déjà occupé à la même période l'année dernière. Très appréciable avant qu'il ne fasse trop chaud, la région à cette période nous a permis de passer une bonne semaine. Le gîte est toujours aussi agréable et l'accueil parfait. Mention bien pour l'ajout des draps et serviettes, le tout installé avant notre arrivée. Top ! Pierre

Nous avons séjourné avec plaisir dans ce gite en avril 2018 durant 4 jours complets. Les propriétaires nous ont fort aimablement accueilli et ont cherché avec nous le meilleur horaire d'arrivée. Au préalable, ils avaient répondu à toutes nos questions. Le gite est dans un état impeccable et correspondait en tout point à la description. Bref si nous revenons dans la région où nous avons de la famille à 7kms de là, il est plus que probable que nous reprenions la même adresse :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maisonette, qui est d'ailleurs très bien aménagée! La région est très belle et les locataires nous ont bien informé des activités et les bons coins des environs!
