A traditional stone house in the heart of a small village in the Ardeche. Entirely renovated in 2011, it offers 100 square meters of living space and a spacious terrace and garden with every modern convenience:

- Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine, opening onto a 36 m² partially covered terrace, with a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding countryside

Our house is located in the heart of the small village of Brujas, 12km from Vallon Pont D'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and 8km from Barjac, famed for its bi-annual antiques fair and the 'chansons de paroles' music festival.
Nearby, you may enjoy a multitude of sport activities: horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, caving, swimming, hiking, climbing and cycling.
Nearby tourist attractions: the scenic route of the Gorges de l'Arèche, the Orgnac cave, the roman Pont du Gard, Vallée de la Cèze...

UN SEJOUR PARFAIT

Un havre de paix dans un petit hameau très calme . Le propriétaire Hubert est très sympatique. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé . Aucune fausse note pour cette superbe semaine de vacances .

Très beau gîte

Ce gîte se situe dans un petit village : Très jolie cadre avec un propriétaire sympathique et à l’écoute pour nous orienter dans nos visites afin de découvrir cette belle région. Le gîte est très agréable : climatisé, bonne literie, tout ce qu’il faut à l´interieur pour se sentir comme à la maison. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour avec 4 enfants de 9, 5, 5, 1 ans : un espace en herbe pour qu’ils puissent jouer sous les arbres avec des transats et table de Ping Pong. Very nice stay!

We were impressed by the house, it includes everyting needed, including airco. The house was cleaned very well upon our arrival. Very nice host, who gave us a lot of tips for visit nice places/beaches/trips/small towns. The outdoor environment was very good with a table under the veranda for eating outside as well as the garden to sit in either sun or shadow. We strongly recommend this place. We intend to return to it as well! Be aware that you need a car for most of the groceries and trips you want to make.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le gîte. Maison super agréable et très très bien équipée, on se serait cru chez soi.....agréable séjour au calme,Même très calme..propriétaire disponible et agréable., nous a donné pleins d infos. Tolles Haus, grandiose Umgebung

Das Haus hat viel Charme, ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen schräg gegenüber und können bei Bedarf viele Tips geben. Wir hatten für unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt keinerlei Probleme, Aktivitäten im Umkreis von 30 Fahrminuten zu finden. Vor allem ausgedehnte Wanderungen und das Baden in den Flüssen an verschiedenen Stellen waren die Highlights. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen location.

French Gîte

We loved our stay at this property! It is in a great location to explore southern France. It is clean and spacious. It is located in a small village surround by vineyards, but had easy access to larger ones. Hubert gave us great ideas on places to visit, even drew us maps for our journeys. It was well equipped for cooking, we fixed dinner multiple times. The property has great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which allowed our family of 5 to get ready at the same time. We were there for almost 3 weeks and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend!!!

Hervorragend!

Wie verbrachten zwei Wochen bei M. und Mme. Martin. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben uns viele wertvolle Informationen über die Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus war großräumig und vollständig ausgestattet. Alle Räume waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr schön war auch die überdachte Terrasse, von der aus man in den großen, gepflegten Garten blicken konnte. Von Brujas aus erreicht man nach wenigen Minuten Fahrzeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten. In etwas weiterer Umgebung findet man sehr schöne Wandergebiete entlang der Ardèche sowie etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Brujas sehr genossen.

Die schönste Unterkunft jemals

Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu dritt in dem Häuschen als Basis für unsere Erkundungen im Umland. Es ist ein perfekt hergerichtetes und ausgestattetes französisches Steinhaus. Innen rohe Steinwände und Terrakotta-Fußböden mit lustigen runden Bullaugen-Fenstern im oberen Geschoss. Besonders begeistert hat uns das hohe Wohnzimmer mit der Empore, die Wendeltreppe hinauf und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit dunklen Holzmöbeln in allen Zimmern. Von der Ausstattung der Küche kann man sich nicht mehr wünschen: Bis hin zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden, was man nur irgendwie benötigen könnte. Auf der Veranda sitzt man gemütlich und schattig und blickt über Gärten auf die Kirche des Dorfes. Hier im Ort ist es ruhig (bis auf die Kirchturmglocken) im Gegensatz zum Rummel direkt an der Ardèche und doch kann man schnell dort sein und an allen relevanten touristischen Orten. Die beiden Gastgeber, die schräg gegenüber wohnen, kümmern sich bei Ankunft und Abfahrt rührig um einen. Zwischendrin fragen sie mal nach dem Befinden, ansonsten stehen sie gerne parat, sind aber unaufdringlich. Wenn es nicht so eine weite Fahrt von uns aus wäre, würden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und erneut diese Unterkunft wählen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux "Lauriers roses". Le gîte situé à la campagne plantée de vignes et d'oliviers convient aussi bien pour le repos que pour les loisirs nombreux et variés dans un rayon de 20 km: randonnée, canoe, grottes, villages bucoliques, marchés locaux et artisanaux, baignade...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, le gîte est très agréable et sans faire beaucoup de route nous avons pu visiter Vallon Pont d'Arc, Barjac, Vogué, nous sommes allés à la plage de la Salamandre. L'endroit est tout à fait charmant.

Excellent site au calme et proche de tout!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille au calme dans le hameau de Brujas. La maison est très bien aménagée, alliant moderne et charme d'autant, et climatisée, ce qui est très appréciable en été. Tout est à disposition (beau et en bon état) et on ne manque absolument de rien. Le site est un peu reculé mais du coup on est très au calme et bien placé pour rayonner entre le sud de l'Ardèche et le nord du Gard. Brujas est à mi-chemin entre le très touristique Vallon Pont d'Arc et la ville renaissance de Barjac qui vaut le détour. Beaucoup d'informations touristiques sont disponibles dans le gite. Les propriétaires sont aussi très sympathiques et accueillants, ce qui agrémente encore un peu plus le séjour.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Dorflage

Ein schöner, sonniger und erholsamer Urlaub liegt hinter uns. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt in einer abwechslungsreichen Landschaft mit attraktiven Freizeitangeboten. Wir (3-5 Personen und ein Hund) haben trotz Hauptreisezeit und Dank vieler guter Tipps vom Vermieter einige Bade und Schwimmstellen gefunden, wo wir fast alleine waren. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, auch ohne Pool.

Un excellent séjour

Un gîte très agréable, spacieux, au calme mais idéalement situé à proximité des gorges de l'Ardèche et de la Cèze ou nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le confort et l'équipement est apprécié, une très bonne literie et la possibilité de mettre un peu la climatisation lors des fortes chaleurs. L'accueil par les propriétaires n'est pas en reste, chaleureux avec de bons conseils et avis sur la région, que l'on ne trouve pas dans les guides touristiques, nous en avons suivis quelques uns et ne le regrettons pas. De perfecte gîte voor gezinnen!

prijs/kwaliteit meer dan uitstekend! Prachtig ingerichte gîte, hedendaags met authentieke tinten en heel gezellig maar vooral ook praktisch (grote keuken bijvoorbeeld). Zeer rustig, bescheiden en behulpzame eigenaars. Gebied met prachtig weer en prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, bezoeken van naburige authentieke dorpen, baignades, etc... Een ware aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug!
