Penthouse Loft- Accommodations for BIG Group Gatherings!

Are you traveling with a large group and would like a memorable experience..? LOOK NO FURTHER!

We cater specifically towards Big Groups who don't necessarily want to be split up. For instance: Family Reunions, Work Retreats, Sport Team Meet-ups, Church Convention/Conference Attendee's, Wedding Parties, Bachelorette/Bachelor Gatherings, or anything else you may think of when gathering together with family and friends.

Our location is ideal as we're just a few steps away from all downtown activities. We are located 3 blocks from The America's Center Dome. And within 1 mile of The Gateway Arch National Park, Horseshoe Casino, Busch Stadium & BallPark Village, The Enterprise, the Stifle Theater, and the Energizer Soccer Stadium.

Our two 3rd-floor Studio-styled Penthouses can easily sleep up to 20 people each, with their own private kitchen and bathroom. Guests also have access to an ultimate game room and lounge with billiards, darts, ping pong, foosball, 60-inch TVs, another community kitchen and bathroom.

PARKING: Our private gravel lot includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles).

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, this property may be not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for real young children or the elderly. If traveling with children or the elderly, please just let us know.

We do NOT typically accept reservations from local residents due to a history of attempted unauthorized parties which were canceled (without refund) before they started. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized in advance! Any Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation WITHOUT a refund!

Not what was expected; no real access for food prep, only accesible sinks were in the bathroom, very low water pressure. In very schetchy neighborhood; next to weekend bar, where patrons told us our access area was for their use, not ours. Loud music on weekend nights, not able to sleep.Advertised that laundry was available, but wasn’t. Wouldn’t have booked if we knew no laundry was available. Very run down, old furniture throughout, looked as if salvaged from goodwill rejects; musty and probably full of bacteria and years of filth. Did have covers on one piece, but not good enough for protection.One bed was rickety and fell apart first day, absolutely collapsed on third day.Definitely over priced and not a worthwhile experience at all. Would not recommend in any sense of the word. We were glad to leave. Should never had chosen this one, and will not choose again.One part of the ADA area was just dilapidated and just thrown together, had carpet that smelled like it had never been cleaned. Bathroom got clogged up, had to clean out ourselves or wait until they had time to repair, was only area that had sink, so, fix ourselves or do without. We fixed ourselves.Upstairs and next door, where cooking was available was not sanitary at all. Very questionable cleaning equipment, no dishwasher, hot water was barely hot and certainly not hot enough to sanitize. We boiled water to sanitize utensils first, and used disposable plates, etc, as much as possible. Awful

Overall property was not as advertised in the photos, I would recommend having them updated to how it actually looks now. Property is in a rough area. Communication by the owner could have been better to making this experience better. Accommodations were adequate for sleeping a large group.

Did not feel safe.

We did not feel it was safe for us to stay here so we left. This is not a safe area to stay in. The picture of the building does not show what it really looks like. We are still trying to get our money back through Vrbo.
