Another excellent stay at this unit. Location is convenient to Soulard and downtown.
Check-in is easy and communication was perfect.
Would stay again if in the area.
The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Owner communicated very well. Good location close to the Arch and Busch Stadium. My nephew was disappointed that the foosball table shown in the photos was broken but still on the back porch. The lawn needed to be mowed and weeded. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Beds were comfortable. 5:00 pmCheck-in interferes with event, dinner plans, and/or happy hour so we didn’t like that so much. Overall, satisfied with value for the price.
It was our first visit to St Louis. What a fun city, and the place was in a quiet neighborhood. I have no complaints about the place. Would recommend it, and would go back.
This place was great. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for our purposes: Cubs v Cards! The neighborhood is quiet and just a couple miles from Busch Stadium.
Check in/out was super easy. Communication was great.
Great location! Easy to get to the zoo, Grants Farm or Soulard. Nice having 3 bathrooms for 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked. Very nice neighborhood, we are already planning our next stay. High chair was a plus for us!
Location was great! Property had everything we needed for a family with one member under 2 years old. Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Thank you so much!
This place is awesome! Spent 3 nights there. Parking on the street was a breeze most of the time. Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Location was within 15 minutes of most STL attractions and only a 30 minute drive from Six Flags St. Louis. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with tools and supplies. Great place for 4 adults, 2 kids, and a toddler :)
Wally was amazing at responding to last minute questions, House is beautiful & has everything u could need for a quick 1,2..Very clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend.
WOULD/ WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN 😊
Excellent property! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. Perfect size for our family of 4. Gave our teenage kids the space they needed. Lovely neighborhood with close accommodations. Communication was quick and very helpful. Will hope to book again on our next trip to St. Louis!
We had an incredible experience at this listing! It was plenty spacious for the 5 of us: the kids had their own room and the adults were able to spend time without having to worry about being cramped together. Each bedroom has a balcony/patio which was a big plus. The area was beautiful, you'll truly fall in love with the brick buildings that line the streets. Our host was so accommodating and didn't delay to respond. With TVs in most rooms, a quaint, but functional kitchen, and just minutes from attractions like the zoo and city museum, we almost didn't want to leave. I'm sure you'll feel the same!
Property was exactly as described in listing. Close to everything by foot or car. Host checked in with us on second day to see if we needed anything. Great friendly neighborhood .Bring a bag of peanuts to feed the squirrels while enjoying your coffee on the back porch in the morning
The housing and accomodations were very nice. The fridge was well stocked with extra condiments and other items you never think about until you need them. Plus, it is located close to downtown. 10 min drive to almost everything we wanted to do. Only downside of the entire trip was the smell of musty cigarettes that occasionally came from the neighbors. But that didnt affect our visit and we would stay there again. The host responded immediately with any questions we had.
The beds were comfortable, the listing was accurate, and the interactions with the host were fast and efficient. They even extended us the courtesy of an early check-in.
I only had two complaints:
First, the refrigerator needed cleaning. The door was so sticky it required a lot of effort to open the door. Fortunately they did have cleaning supplies handy and we were able to clean it and there were no further problems. I informed the host and they indicated that they would resolve.
Second, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Someone even drilled a screw into the sidewall of my tire while I was parked at the location. So I would be concerned about parking on the street here.

St. Louis has been my home for as long as I can remember, and I've always been passionate about sharing its unique character and rich history with others. My family and I reside in a charming, historic home in the heart of St. Louis, right in the lively Soulard neighborhood, known for its lively atmosphere, fantastic music scene, and proximity to some of the city's most iconic attractions.
My journey into hosting began with a deep love for my community. I wanted to open my doors and offer travelers an opportunity to experience St. Louis like a local. I chose VRBO because it allowed me to create a space that felt like a true home away from home.
One of my favorite aspects of hosting is getting to meet people from all walks of life and introducing them to the hidden treasures of St. Louis.
