The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Leave the used beds unmade. If you used the air mattress, leave it out with the sheets on the floor.
-Fold, take down, and put on their rack any poolside umbrellas so wind does not take/break
Put games away in their boxes & places
Turn off all lights, electric fireplaces, ceiling fans
Make sure all gas spigots are off! Fire-pit, BBQ
Lock and re-hang the bikes
Turn backyard fan & light off
Make sure all gas spigots are off! Fire-pit, BBQ
If you brought a pet - pick up all remnants and leave no trace in our yard - anywhere.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
