The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room so no one misses out on the action. The contemporary dining area features seating for 6 or up to 8 comfortably and is steps from the kitchen.
The well-stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances has all the tools you'll need to make entertaining a snap. Downtown is just minutes away just in case you'd rather enjoy the city and sights of Palm Springs.
This home offers great bedroom separation and sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom, on one side of the house, is spacious and offers its own private, full bath with step-in shower. On the opposite side of the house, you'll find 2 guest rooms: one guest room offers a king bed while the other offers 2 twin beds. These twin beds can be converted to a king with prior notice to management. Just outside each of these bedroom doors is their guest bath.
The backyard is fully decked with tons of entertaining space and plenty of covered seating, too. Outdoor dining is covered so you can maximize outdoor living both day and night. There are 4 chaise lounges to catch the rays you were seeking in Palm Springs. The outdoor kitchen will make grilling fun and the counter at the grill with bar-stool seating ensures you can bring cocktails and snacks to keep the grill master entertained. There's a half-bath/powder room on the patio for everyone's convenience.
Named after the owners' charming Yorkie, PS Murphy is an ideal getaway: comfortable, uncomplicated and suited for every age! Dog-friendly, of course! Murphy wouldn't have it any other way.
Please note that the maximum number of guests for a home this size is 6 (8 if the 2 additional guests are 12 years of age or younger). The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
- Per City ordinance, no music is allowed outside the (fully enclosed) home, at any time of day.
- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request a picture of the front of your ID.
- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
