Awesome 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo within the Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort! You will be just a few minutes away from the slopes via free shuttle. Enjoy forest views and partial views of Martis Valley and Martis Valley Lake from the living room. Browse the web or catch up on emails with our free Wi-Fi broadband internet access. The host was very easy to work with. He provided just enough information and assistance, not too much and not too little, which being very timely. The condo was the perfect size for 4 of us, exceptionally clean and conveniently located near the Northstar Village with shuttle service. We would stay again!

Perfect getaway for family of 4

We can't say enough about this wonderful property. Gorgeous views, convenience to Northstar (shuttle route), fun family games and comfortable layout. Owner was prompt in responding and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Just as great the second time

Loved staying at this place for a second time! Comfortable beds, cozy living room. Kids love the fire place. Cooked dinner every night there with the provided cooking equipment. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Amazing property

I’m being coming to Northstar for about 20 years and I always have stayed jat the Indian Hills condos. The townhouses are architecturally beautiful. This unit is great with amazing views, and with everything you need. I will definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent stay! Wonderful upgraded rustic decor, comfy beds, great shower downstairs ( didn’t try the upstairs one. The view from both floors was a filtered one of Martis Valley. The surprise was the morning fog each day that looked like a lake at first, then rose up, creating an ethereal effect through the trees. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Com with the owner was responsive and pleasant. The only point of concern is if stairs are an issue, there are a number of the outside and inside, as is often the case with ski condos. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cozy condo with easy access to the ski resort

The owners of the property made accessing the property in the whole process for our stay seamless. The washer and dryer were a big plus for our family. My wife absolutely loved the wood-burning fireplace especially after skiing. We had fun playing board games left there by the owners. The access to the shuttle to get to the ski resort was close and the shuttle system was fantastically reliable. Basically, next time we stay in Northstar we hope that this property will be available.

Decent but has deferred maintenance

Good communication with owner and nice location with serene view of Martie Landing. Lots of deferred maintenance-all appliances made noises or didn't work properly. Stove,fridge only things that were ok. Apparent this place has been rented out a lot over long time and needs things like carpets replaced.

Thanks for your comments Maria. We have a repairman coming out this weekend to assess the situation and make any repairs/replacements necessary. 8/9/19 - Update: This weekend we've installed a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher and microwave. We also had some carpet maintenance done.

Quiet & comfortable

The condo was as it appeared on the website. Pluses: the unit, although a bit small, was clean, quiet and comfortable and the owner was professional. Minuses: the Northstar Village was in "off season" immediately after Labor Day. Most restaurants appeared closed, shops were in seasonal transition, and lots of maintenance going on including at the recreation center. The location was further from Lake Tahoe than we expected (about 20 - 25 min drive). Truckee restaurants are about 15 minute drive away. Clearly the Northstar Village is more interesting during summer or ski season, but the condo made for a peaceful retreat.

Great location and comfortable living room

We had easy check in at this comfortable place. Living room couches are comfy And the place had everything we needed. It’s a quick drive to North star villages where there are restaurants and live music etc.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our condo at Northstar because of the great terrain, wide array of entertainment options, and most of all, proximity to the slopes. Northstar is one of the most family-friendly resorts in Tahoe with a great kids' ski program (we just started our 3 1/2 yo in the program). Our condo was recently renovated and is situated on quiet street overlooking Martis Valley. We think you will enjoy it as much as we have!
