Very welcoming

I found the property impeccable clean with all the necessary facilities. The location was really nice within a private area with beautiful view from the balcony. We felt very welcomed on our arrival and Odile has given us all the possible details about the best places to visit, the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and swimming pool. Overall, a very pleasant stay. .

Nice stay in Nice summer 2024

We stayed for 10 days in July 2024. Nice and helpful host. Very clean and nice, a small kitchen with everything you need and a cozy balcony with a view of the city. Recommended.

Great location. 10 mins to shops and ocean and tram. Tram is 15 mins to centre and old nice. Quiet and lovely views from terrace. It is a small studio with a foldout couch. Comfortable.

Perfect

Lovely apartment, it has everything you need.We loved spending our evenings on the balcony and having a morning swim in the pool. It is in great location with only a short ride on the tram to get into Nice centre and airport. As a young couple we did not mind the many steps to get up to the flat. We arrived in the late evening around 10:30pm and Odile was very kind and picked us up from the tram stop and drove us to the apartment. Overall we had a great time, we loved this apartment and Odile and recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Nice.

Un appartement exceptionnel, tres bien situé. À 2 pas de la plage. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour passer des vacances magnifiques avec un bel appartement. La vue est magnifique. Je preferais prendre la voiture pour descendre a la plage mais il y a aussi des petits chemins à pied. Pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher sous le soleil, vaut mieux avoir sa voiture. Et pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, il y a un emplacement de parking ideal pour la sécurité. C’est une residence tres sécurisé avec barrière à l’entrée. Merci à Odyle pour son accueil. Je reviendrais sans hésitation.

Un séjour parfait

Une arrivée pleine de surprise avec un logement très pratique et rendant encore mieux que sur les photos. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, nous offrant une vue magnifique et nous permettant de se promener facilement à pied. La piscine, avec sa température idéale et ses horaires pratiques, nous permettait de se reposer, se rafraîchir et bronzer sans même avoir à sortir de l’eau. Merci Odile !

Séjour Nice quartier Magnan

Excellent séjour à Nice au sein de la résidence du château Miramar extrêmement bien située et magnifiquement arborée avec une grande piscine. La station de Tram Magnan est située en plein centre de la ligne 2 et le bus ligne 12 pour aller à CAP3000 est juste à côté. Odile, la propriétaire de l’appartement que nous avons loué, est vraiment une très belle personne comme on en rencontre peu. Elle a toujours été très disponible pour nous même avant notre arrivée dans le cadre de nos échanges pour préparer notre voyage et notre arrivée. L’appartement est très beau et est doté de toutes les fonctionnalités. Il y a une vue magnifique de la terrasse ainsi que du parc qui surplombe la piscine. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’an prochain pour un nouveau séjour et le plaisir de revoir Odile.

Un super appartement pour deux

L'appartement est tout à fait suffisant pour deux personnes. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique et nous avons utilisé la piscine presque tous les jours. Odile est fantastique. Elle était très facile à joindre et est même venue nous chercher à la gare. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Nice. Merci beaucoup pour ces journées reposantes, Odile.

Appartement en parfait état, moderne et fonctionnel pour 2. Séjour rendu très agréable grâce à la gentillesse et la disponibilité d’Odile la propriétaire. L’appartement est situé à proximité de la mer (accessible en 10min à pieds) que l’on observe d’ailleurs depuis le balcon. Le centre ville est accessible via les transports en commun se situant à quelques minutes à pieds de l’appartement. Merci Odile pour ce séjour !

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Ich habe da für fünf Tage übernachtet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und sehr herzlich! Im Maps dachte ich, dass die Unterkunft zu weit weg ist, aber die Gastgeberin hat viele kürze Wege gezeigt und war dann gar nicht weg von Strand und Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine usw. waren relativ sehr neu. Es gibt ein Balkon, wo man einen schönen Blick ganze Zeit genießen und sehen kann. Ich habe meistens da Zeit verbracht. Nur einzige Nachteil war, dass ich nicht rausgeben wollte😂 weil die Wohnung sehr gemütlich war. Es gibt genügende Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Tram und Bus Stationen sind auch nicht weit weg. Es war wirklich schöne Zeit dort, deswegen auf jeden Fall würde ich noch mal hier buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Nizza kommen würde!

Lage des Apartment

Es war sehr schön, die Lage ist auf einem Berg, Aufstieg war bei 35 Grad anstrengend, dafür war es ruhig und man hatte ein schöne Aussicht, eine Klimaanlage wäre angebracht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat alles genau erklärt.

Parfait pour 2 personnes

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, moderne dans une résidence sécurisée avec piscine très agréable et peu fréquentée. Propriétaire très gentille et serviable qui donne de bons conseils. Espace de rangement de vélos proposé par la propriétaire. Seul petit point négatif : la côte à monter avec les vélos puisque la résidence est en hauteur. Sous 28 degrés ça n’est pas facile :) (cela permet tout de même d’éliminer les excès des vacances).

Un magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le petit appartement de Odile. Appartement très bien équipé et agréable à vivre pour 2, avec une vue du balcon exceptionnelle sur la mer. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine ainsi que de la plage à quelques mètres. Résidence très bien sécurisée et calme, pour des vacances reposantes (tout de même assez proche du centre de Nice en tram) Merci Odile, pour ce magnifique séjour!

Great stay, apartment with great view

We spent a very enjoyable two weeks here. We had meals on the balcony every day, which had a view of the hills and sea. We used the pool often. Grocery stores and the tram/bike-shares are ~8 minutes away. Odile was flexible when we had some scheduling problems.
