About this property

First floor charming apartment, which has all the amenities you are looking for: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, stove/oven with hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender), , washer and dryer, TV in one room, wireless internet, stereo, covered terrace including dining and lounge area.
The bedroom and the guest room come with a double bed. A sleep couch (double bed size) is available in the living room. All rooms open up through French doors to Juliet balconies! The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, one large vanity ( can be used by two persons at the same time) and a towel/storage closet. linens and towels are provided. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment will comfort you in any season.
Starting January 1, 2011 we offer a secured garage parking space, 5-8 minutes away from the apartment (Parking is not included in the rental price. We offer parking for free to our guests during their stay.)

Children are very welcome in our apartment. We provide a foldable baby-bed, linens and bedding, toys for the beach etc.

Special Offer: Big savings for the month of November 2024 (only full month), we offer you a discount of 50 % of the monthly rental price.

Antibes Dream

This is a great property. It is very well fitted out with everything needed to have a very relaxed, easy and comfortable stay. It is close to everything, has a Monoprix just across the street and a wide choice of easily accessible restaurants, cafes, bars and speciality shops. A market is also on twice a week in the Square nextdoor. there is lots to see and do in Antibes and it is all on your doorstep.

Family Friendly in Antibes

Great place to stay in Antibes, close to the old town & beaches. Also a fantastic base to explore further afield - Monaco, Grasse, Cannes etc. My husband & I were travelling with our 8 month old & found the apartment extremely well equipped & very clean. It is spacious & had a lovely homely feel. The only negative for us was the parking - the car space is only suitable for a small car, so our hired Renault Captur was too big. We were lucky to find a street park twice, but for the rest of our stay we had to use the paid carpark across the road which was expensive at around €30 per day (or it’s €60 for a week if you aren’t going to use your car). Aside from this, we would highly recommend this apartment!

Property was adequate for our means and location was convenient.The bed needs to be upgraded and we couldn't find a kettle apart from the decorative one that was not functional.All other facilities were fine but we would have the tv in the lounge area rather than the bedroom.The double glazed windows and doors were very effective at reducing noise.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Eine Woche in Antibes

Wir hatten etwas Pech wegen umfangreicher Arbeiten in den umliegenden Straßen. Ebenso wegen des Wetters, Es war kühler als in Deutschland.Hat unser Ausflugsprogramm jedoch nicht beeinflusst.Wohnung gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wonderful stay in Antibes.

Wonderful time in a very comfortable and well equipped, delightful apartment. Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment very comfortable and cosy beautifully furnished.Excellent position close to shops and town centre, note the flat is above a busy bus stop.This was our second visit and we hope to be back next year Excellent overall

Delightful apartment in centre of Antibes

Beautiful spacious well-equipped apartment very close to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the sea, the station, and the old town.We stayed in December and loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year as soon as we got home.

Wonderful stay

Our favourite stay on the French Riviera. The apartment has a central location so it is easy to walk to the best of Antibes, the market, Royal beach, the Picasso museum, and many restaurants. There is baker just on the next street for your morning croissants warm from the often. The train station is a short walk and it is easy to a train to anywhere on the cote d'azur. The apartment is well equiped. A MONOPRIX department store is just across the street. For those who don't know it, department stores in Europe have very good food markets on their lower levels. The apartment manager, Jennie Baxter was very helpful with many details such as getting a taxi to Nice airport at 7:00 am for an early flight. We highly recommend this this apartment and hope we can return in the future.

Wonderful apartment!

Mrs. Schumacher has fitted out this apartment with everything anyone might need including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. The apartment was also beauty and it was a joy to just be there.

Our favourite apartment in Europe

We have rented apartments in Rome and Avignon. This apartment in Antibes is easily the best. It is very well equipped with an excellent kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer).. At Place de Gaulle (a less than one minute walk) there are bank machines, a coffee house and a restaurant. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The marche Provencal (a covered but outdoor market) is also a short walk. We hope to return to Antibes next year and this apartment, if available, will be our first choice.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful apartment

This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday. It is close to many beaches and is in the heart of the Old town of Antibes. We have two teenagers, one slept very comfortably on the sofa bed and the other in the second bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei erwachsene Parteien ideal aufgeteilt. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre und die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche sind großzügig und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist zentral, daher ist es etwas laut, da die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle - man braucht also kein Auto. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!Auto. ,daher leide laut

Amazing Antibes Stay

Amazing apartment in a great location to access both Antibes Old Town and local beaches. The apartment is truly a home from home with EVERYTHING you could need. The place is all bigger than pictures appear. It has 2 good sized double rooms, large bathroom and separate WC. Highly recommend!

This is my third time staying in Waltraud's apartment and I could not be happier. It is remarkably well and thoughtfully equipped down to the little details and in plentiful supply. I like the location a lot with everything you need a block away and the beach a ten minute walk. I plan I staying here on future visits to Antibes.

Awesome Cote d'Azur Vacation

Great location. Walking distance to so many activities and stores. Just 10 min to walk to train. Great spot to explore other places in the Cote d-Azur. The porperty manager Jenni was a gem. Great communication. Super pleasant, responsive & helpful. She genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The appartment is very spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. Appreciated the rolling cart to get groceries at the market. The best VRBO place we have stayed at. Highly recommend it.

We loved this apartment! We traveled with our two toddlers and found the apartment’s location so be incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do. There are several bakeries nearby, a Monoprix within two minutes walking, a few playgrounds within 10 minutes walking, and a beach within 15 minutes walking (the walk to the beach is lovely because you stroll through the old town to get there). The apartment itself had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Our boys also loved the toys on the patio. Jenni was super nice and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Antibes!

Absolute perfection!

Everything about this property was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the pictures really don't capture it all! The manager Jenni was so helpful and available to us for any questions. The location was right off one of the main squares and everything was within a close walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Antibes and would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to explore the area. I hope to come back soon and stay for 2 weeks!!

Perfect apartment

Really lovely apartment, everything you need - like a home from home. Very clean, I think it was the cleanest Vrbo we had ever stayed in! Great location for exploring Antibes on foot Buses and train station nearby. Great Aperol Spritz at Cafe de Glacier ehich is 1 minute walk in Place de Gaulle. Cafe Pimms just 1 min further on down the main street towards the old town is great too. Many boulangeries nearby, restaurants, supermarkets and take aways.
