On a living area of 260m2 and 1800m2 of garden, its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate 8 people. To take full advantage of the outdoors, a swimming pool (secure), a large terrace (60m2) with plancha and garden furniture await you for your beautiful summer days. Also, distractions and good times are also guaranteed thanks to a pétanque court, table tennis table or even lovely walks in the surrounding nature.

Nous avons passé de super moments en famille (2 couples et 3 enfants) dans cette magnifique maison aménagée et décorée avec bcp de goût! Bcp de végétation qui apporte de l’ombre naturelle à cette belle et grande terrasse centrée donnant sur la piscine. De l’espace et des jeux pour les enfants, des endroits calmes pour les adultes. L’endroit est parfaitement bien placé pour profiter des beaux endroits à visiter, des domaines viticoles, de Montpellier et de la mer. La propriétaire et le service de conciergerie était à l’écoute et disponible à nos demandes. Une belle continuation à eux!

Stylish villa in quiet location

Stunning villa in quiet residential area on the outskirts of Montpellier. Lots of activities for the children including boules, ping pong and table football. Everything was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was very quite with just a Boulanger open while we were there however many villages as well as larger supermarkets are within a few minutes drive. A very enjoyable stay in a fabulous villa in a beautiful region of France.

Spacious villa with tasteful interior design. Nice garden and pool. House and garden well equipped with every toy (ping pong table, petanque court, soccer goal, pool stuff, board games etc) you could possibly need to entertain the kids and yourself. Very service minded and flexible interaction with agency. Entire family very pleased with the stay. A place to return to.

La maison est un rêve de même que son emplacement. Rien ne manque pour des vacances calmes, reposantes et loin de rien (mer, activités diverse, Montpellier). Outre son cachet indéniablement esthétique, la maison ne manque de rien. L'accueil a été plus que chaleureux. La région est merveilleuse et la proximité de Montpellier alors que la maison se situe dans un environnement calme et bucolique font de cette location une très belle histoire et des souvenirs merveilleux
