House with indoor pool located in the town of Fouesnant, in southern Finistère, 900 m from the sea (easy access on foot).
The house is new (completed in December 2016), it is perfectly equipped and of a high-end construction quality for a house living area of approximately 140 m2 + an integrated swimming pool area of approximately 80 m2)
it is located on a 940 m2 plot in Beg Meil (Fouesnant commune)
The 75 m2 outdoor terraces offer a modern and pleasant garden furniture.

- 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor (3 with 160 beds and a dormitory bedroom with 4 single beds ideal for children) - baby bed possible
- 2 bathrooms

- living room of 55 m2 with kitchen and all new household appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, .....)

living room and lounge integrated in the same room

All the furniture in the house is new

Electric heating in the bedrooms and pellet stove in the main room (triple glazing and high-end insulation)
- a cellar with washing machine and dryer is available

The pool part:
The 8 x 4 m pool is heated to 30 degrees all year round. The 6 x 14 m swimming pool area opens onto the terraces and the garden with bay windows with a total length of 9 meters. The pool is protected by a lockable room and a submerged shutter
A counter-current swimming system (uwe duna brand), very efficient and fun, is installed in the pool.
Deckchairs and water play equipment complete the installation.

A Wonderful Place

Myself and my family had such a great holiday staying in this beautiful home. It is furnished tastefully with high quality fixtures and fittings. The pool is immaculate and was a real highlight for us. We really enjoyed exploring the local area and there is a great supermarket nearby for groceries.

Lovely stay for a week in summer holiday

Great week at the house. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Everything you could need at the house. Pool was clean and warm enough to spend hours in when the weather outside wasn’t good. Close to beach and lots of cycle paths around.

Half term holiday

Great house, swimming pool was amazing, the children loved using it even though the weather was beautiful. Quiet location within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes drive into town. Perfect!

Amazing property in beautiful area

The house was amazing, with every detail thought of by the owner. The indoor pool was a massive bonjs, keeping the kids amused for hours. The house and garden are both very well maintained, and the house very well equipped, with immaculate attention by the owner. Philippe was very responsive to any questions, explained in detail the intricacies of the house and was super generous in leaving provisions for our stay. The region around is also very interesting, with so many different places to visit and some beautiful beaches. Travelling around is also easy. I would highly recommend staying in this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided by philippe on arrival and departure. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Un immense merci à notre hôte pour cette maison tout simplement incroyable. Tout était parfait, sans la moindre fausse note : la maison, les prestations, l’accueil… absolument rien à redire. Nous étions 6 et nous avons tous été unanimement impressionnés par tout ce que la maison et l’hôte avaient à nous offrir. Une expérience exceptionnelle que nous n’oublierons pas. Hervorragend

Der Kontakt zu Philippe war sehr empathisch und verbindlich und der Früchtekorb zur Begrüßung ein Traum!! Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein rund-um-sorglos Paket: gut ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer und sonstigen Zimmer absolut funktional eingerichtet. Der eingezäunte Garten einfach nur fantastisch und nicht einsehbar, unser Labrador liebte das Spiel auf diesem gepflegten Rasen. Der überdachte Pool mit Gegenstromanlage war unser absoluter Favourit und der Außengrill Plancha einfach nur klasse und täglich in Gebrauch. Die Umgebung für Wanderungen an der Küste sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Großer Sandstrand gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wir fühlten uns einfach nur pudelwohl und danken Philipp nochmal für seine Fürsorge, unser Hund hat ihn auch sehr gemocht!

Belle maison moderne, parfaitement équipée et entretenue, idéalement placée pour profiter de Beg Meil et de la Baie de la Forêt, mais aussi comme point de départ pour explorer la Cornouaille. Jardin et piscine très agréables et sécurisés pour le bonheur et la sécurité des enfants.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille extraordinaire la maison est très bien situé commerces plages visites. La maison est extraordinaire spacieuse tres bien isolée fonctionnelle la cuisine est très bien équipée et d'unetres grande propreté. Literie tres bonne le jardin extérieure est très sympa et le top du top c'est la piscine 31° le top en février .mention spéciale pour l'hôte qui est très accueillant serviable disponible et merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue je recommande fortement cette location et on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Dieses Haus verdient jeden einzelnen Stern! Der Vermieter holt die Mieter von einem Treffpunkt ab, um den besten Weg zum Objekt zu zeigen, erklärt alles genau, hält Obstkorb und Kaffee und Kuchen bereit und wäre bei Problemen, die es nicht gibt, jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, der Pool wunderbar, der Garten ganz privat. Bei 14 Tagen Sonnenschein kamen wir uns wie im Paradies vor und möchten gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Beg Meil dans cette très belle maison. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique du propriétaire et sa disponibilité. La maison est bien équipée et conforme à la description. Le plus est evidemment la piscine chauffée à 31° très agréable à cette saison avec des journée encore un peu fraîche. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen, entspricht genau dem Inserat.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen, dass Haus mit dem Hallenbad alles wunderbar. Familie Pennors hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns auch gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Pennors ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, sehr freundlicher und stets erreichbarer Vermieter. Auch für den Urlaub mit dem Hund passt alles perfekt. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Lovely home with fabulous pool

The house was ideal for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. The pool in particular was a hit with the boys who spent hours in there. Communication with the owner was excellent. The area is beautiful. Lovely sandy beaches close by. Very safe for swimming and activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. We hired paddleboards from a company that were running classes from a van that was parked at Beg Meil. They rented us some of their spare boards at a reasonable rate. The boys also did wakeboarding at a centre not far from Quimper. We enjoyed swimming in the sea and exploring the local area. Great place to stay.

High-end holiday home in Beg Meil (nr. Fouesnant)

We had a great family holiday here this August. The house is top-end in facilities, with 4 large bedrooms, a big open-plan living area and a private encosed garden. The indoor pool is superb, offering welcome shade, yet opening up extensively on to the patio on one side. It also has the big advantage of being fully lockable for child safety. The area is very classy and largely holiday-orientated, with multiple good routes for running and cycling. The closest village is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride (4 bikes are provided) and has several restaurants and bars. The beach is a 12 minute walk away and is a huge sandy expanse, with hardly any people even in August. Mr Pennors is exceptionally helpful and very efficient in communication. I recommend it without hesitation.

Un séjour de rêve

Parfait, tout est simplement parfait. La maison, les équipements hauts de gamme, la localisation très calme à 12 minutes à pied de la plage et bien évidemment la piscine à 30⁰. Et, "cerise sur le gâteau" un propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous. Communauté Abritel.... cette maison est un jolie pépite...allez y les yeux fermés

Excellentes parenthèses de bien-être et découvertes

Magnifique location dans un magnifique endroit. Un accueil très sympathique, avec Philippe le propriétaire, vous met déjà dans une ambiance cool. Sa maison, vous invite à la détente, au bien-être, à se ressourcer. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien...non...magnifiquement bien....tout est nickel, pensé pour le confort des hôtes, et la piscine à 31 est une merveille. Nous en avons bien profité et elle était nécessaire dans notre objectif bien-être. Les balades sont superbes, et pas la peine d aller bien loin pour se régaler par les paysages mais aussi par les spécialités culinaires. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, et c'est bien la 1ère fois que nous avons un pincement au cœur de quitter à la fois l'endroit et aussi la location. C'est clair, nous y reviendrons avec un réel plaisir.

Une excellente prestation et un séjour très agréable

Tout était parfait. Nous étions ravis de l'accueil de Monsieur Pennors et de sa convivialité. Cette maison est parfaite, meublée avec goût et possédant tout le confort possible. La vaste piscine à 31 degrés a plu aux enfants et aux grand-parents, d'autant plus quelle temps n'était pas de la partie. Malgré cela, nous avons pu faire du tourisme à Pont-Aven et Concarnau et avons aussi profité des plages qui se trouvent dans un périmètre proche. En bref, nous recommandons fortement cette location.
