Paradise for your holidays in Brittany: ocean views from the large bay windows in the living room, and also from 3 of the 4 bedrooms! You'll be able to admire the most beautiful swimming pool in the world from your bed thanks to the large double velux windows!

You'll be delighted to be able to enjoy our spacious garden with its magical view for a siesta in the sun or an aperitif. Very quiet location. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Fully enclosed garden.

Unique: direct access to the beach (private) through a small gate at the end of the garden, and the outdoor solar shower for returning from the beach or fishing! No roads or paths between you and the beach.

A special place

We did have a major problem with a blocked drain just after we arrived. The host did everything she could to sort it out as quickly as possible. Thank you. After that we had a very relaxing time! The house was very comfortable and we so enjoyed the ever changing view and the beach access. The beds too were very comfortable. We hope to return.

Vue imprenable et relaxante. Calme

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour avec le soleil. Petit dejeuner, déjeuner et diner en extérieur avec vue sur mer en permanence grace a la météo. Nous avons un tout petit chien qui a gambade en toute sécurité. Literie en bon état, couette agreable. Nous reviendrons.

Haus direkt am Meer gelegen. Ganz wunderbar. Haus war für 10 Personen angegeben. Etwas zu hoch gegriffen. 5-8 Personen max.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Tolle Lage- renovierungsbedürftiges Haus

Rezension Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Meerblick aus drei der vier Schlafzimmer und dem unteren Stockwerk. Der Garten ist groß und komplett umzäunt. Meerzugang mit Badestellen ist direkt vom Grundstück aus möglich. Für uns gab es allerdings ein großes ABER: Das Haus wirkt mit Ausnahme der Küche und des Badezimmers unten recht runtergewohnt. Beispielsweise sind Risse im Ledersofa, die Bänder aus dem Inneren hängen heraus und es ist sehr durchgesessen. Generell kann man im Wohnbereich definitiv nicht mit mehr als vier Personen nett zusammen sitzen. Es gibt zwei behelfsmäßig eingebaute Toiletten ohne Spiegel, Abluft bzw. Steckdosen; eins sogar ohne Waschbecken. Spiegel gibt es in einem Bad und ansonsten nur noch in einem der Schlafzimmer. Ein Teil des Geschirrs war bei Anreise dreckig, was sicherlich auf den Geschirrspüler rückzuführen ist, der nur teilweise sauber gewaschen hat. Das Gefrierfach war aufgrund einer defekten Klappe gar nicht nutzbar. Außerdem müssen die Fotos sehr geschickt aufgenommen worden sein. Vor Ort wirken die Zimmer deutlich kleiner als wir auf den Bildern wahrgenommen hatten und mit einer Gruppe von mehr als 4 Leuten wird es schwer sich bei Regen drinnen aufzuhalten. Im Außenbereich findet sich lediglich ein funktionsfähiger Liegegestuhl. Bei dem anderen fehlt das Fußteil. Ein Teil der Gartenstühle war sehr rostig, vor allem auf den Sitzflächen. belle maison pratique et claire,un beau jardin en deux parties,accès direct a la plage de rochers,celle en sable est a 50m,l école de voile est juste a coté .Belles balades en velo ou a pied tout le long du littoral,avant de se poser sur l une des nombreuses plages ;que du bonheur!

Maison agréable

La maison est très gréable à vivre, l'ocean au bout du jardin. Elle est spacieuse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit bémol pour la cuisine qui n'est pas très bien équipée (manque de couverts et ustensiles) et le le linge de maison (mauvais état).

Merci pour votre avis et nous allons vérifier le nombre de couverts et ustensiles à disposition. Pour une question d'organisation nous demandons un mois avant l'arrivée si vous souhaitez la location du linge. Vous nous avez demandé le linge de lit pour toute la maison + les serviettes quelques jours seulement avant votre arrivée. Nous avons voulu vous dépanner pour vous arranger, et dans l'urgence nous avons du faire avec ce que nous avions de propre, et en effet, bien que propre il y a des taches d'eau de javel sur des serviettes. Je ne pensais pas que cela vous aurai autant dérangé et me pousse à ne pas accepter de demande tardive de linge pour les prochaines locations. Nous sommes néanmoins contents que vous ayez tout de même apprécié votre séjour dans notre petit paradis.

Großartige Lage

Wir haben tolle 3 Wochen in Loctudy verbracht und sowohl das Haus als auch die Region genossen. Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck, dass das Haus allein steht, was nicht ganz stimmt (die Nachbarn auf einer Seite sind sehr "nah"). Das Haus selbst ist gut, obwohl es etwas eng werden kann, wenn man alle Schlafzimmer benutzt. Die Couch vor dem Fernseher ist so, als ob man auf dem Boden sitzen würde. Abgesehen davon ein guter Ort zum Verweilen!

Meeresblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Man kann den Tag mit der Kaffeetasse in der Hand auf einem Stein über den Wellen beginnen… Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Wir hatten zu neunt gut Platz. Man hat im Garten sehr viel Platz und verschiedene schöne Sitzecken. Wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location, à 6 adultes, un petit de 2 ans 1/2, deux bébés et un chien. La maison est accueillante et bien organisée, la literie de qualité, la cuisine bien équipée, le jardin très agréable, la vue sur mer magnifique et l'accès direct sur une plage de rochers et sable très pratique. Il y a une grande plage de sable fin à quelques minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles. Je recommande cette location !

Au fond d’une impasse privée vous pourrez garer jusqu’à 2 voitures devant le logement. La maison est sans charme particulier (peut-être à relooker un peu), mais fonctionnelle, bien équipée (un sèche-linge serait aussi le bien venu), la literie est de qualité. La parcelle bénéficie d’un grand jardin avec accès direct sur des rochers plats et un sentier côtier qui mènent a plusieurs plages (50 m, 200m et plus loin). Cette location nous semble bien jusqu’à 6 personnes même s’il y a 4 chambres pour 8 couchages. Pour aller au marché ou dans les commerces du centre ville et du port, il vous faudra compter 5 min en voiture ou 30 min à pieds. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et très réactive si besoin.

Bretagne en hiver

We have had a wonderful stay at the well equipped house. A lot of windowdoors make the house look light also in wintertime. We enjoyed only passing the gardendoor having long walks at the beach. We cooked delicious meals, the kitchen was equipped with ererything you need to do so. Relaxing on the sofa (one was a litle bit too used), watching the sea, talking .. It has been th vacation we hoped for. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Location sans aucun problème, grande maison avec tout ce qu'il faut et même plus, un grand terrain pour les animaux, la vue sur mer est magnifique, et de plus nous avons eu beau temps!!! A refaire...
