If you are looking for a quiet island beach community that offers alot to do, then you've come to the right place.
This one bedroom, one bath, first floor condo offers a comfortable king size bed, Smart tv’s in both the bedroom and living room. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accomodate family or guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked and a private patio is ready for a cozy afternoon cocktail after a beautiful day at the beach.
Amenities include linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a beach cart to make your trip to the beach easy and convenient.
Lido beach is a short 1 block walk from the condo and has been selected as one of the best beaches to visit in Sarasota Florida.
If you enjoy kayaking, you can rent kayaks just 2 blocks from the condo where you can kayak on your own or join a tour of the mangroves and see the beautiful Sarasota bay.
If you like biking, you can rent bikes close by as well.
For the fisherman, there are docks close by near the Mote Marine Aquarium or visit the park at the south end of the island. Fishing the jetty off of the beach is fun too.
For the golfer, there are many golf courses available for golfers of all levels of play. Most all courses offer clubs to rent for reasonable costs too.
St. Armands circle, a short and beautiful 10 minute walk away, offers upscale restaurants and shopping as well as piano bars dancing and entertainment.
This location is truly a paradise where almost anything you like to do is available. This property is secured by outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of all guests on the property.

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed walking to to St Armands for meals daily and visiting Lido beach. The condo was close to the beach and to the circle. Enjoyed walking to Sarasota in the morning across the two bridges. Good dinning in downtown Sarasota.The home was clean and had needed items. Would stay again.

Really great location. Very quiet and 1 block from the beach and St Armand Circle is walkable and a quick drive if you prefer, and we had no problem finding parking. This was our 2nd stay. The unit is very clean and cutely decorated. For me personally, I prefer a firmer mattress and did unplug the air freshener while there as some scents bother me, but overall I would stay again. It really is a great place to stay for 2 people.

Weekend visit to Sarasota

I booked this condo for my husband because he was visiting our daughter for the weekend. Perfect location to enjoy a morning swim, fine dining and sunset beach walks. Easy access to downtown Sarasota. He raved about the cleanliness, decor and layout of the condo. I know this is a place we will return for future visits!! He enjoyed exploring Lido and Longboat Key! Chasing Sunshine was absolutely, without a doubt, a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Sue as a host. Check-in was easy. She provided helpful information about the property ahead of time. The parking lot could be a little tricky if you're in a larger car, but luckily you're a short walk from the beach and St. Armands circle, plus you're on vacation so who really needs to drive?? Wi-fi was good enough for sone online honework, streaming shows on those hot hot days, and some streamed gaming.Decorationswere cute and beachy. Plenty of cookware and updated appliances to make easy or fancy meals. 10/10 would stay again. Can't wait to go back.

Everything was smooth on this trip. Sue provided clear and helpful instructions for our arrival and departure. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We walked to the beach, to St. Armand's Circle, and to the mangroves for kayaking. Highly recommended.

Cute Condo in Great Location

The place was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for 2 people. The beach accessories, including the beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were great to have and made our trips to the beach so much easier and enjoyable. Easy walk to St. Armands Circle for restaurants and shops. The host was very nice and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here! Perfect location, close to beach and a short walk to St. Armand’s circle. Condo had everything we needed. I love all the little touches, especially all the hooks around the condo for cloths and towels. Loved the bedside tables with power ports as well.

Perfection in its details inside and out

I arrived with the intenttion to lay out business plans for the next six months, particiapte in an online conference, spend hours on the beach in any way I chose, and to replenish my soul. ALL of that was found in the delicious bedroom with its kingsize bed, the perfect kitchen that served all I needed since I wasn't preparing any big meals, and having two spaces in the living room and dining table to find the perfect place for my next planned moment.The beach walk was easy, 5 minutes, and her provided beach chair easily went on my back and my beach bag (an extra provided surprise!) led me on such relaxing to and from journeys in beach time.Thank you Sue for EVERY bit of the thoughtful elements you provided!

Peaceful Retreat

Property was just as described. Had all the amenities listed and more. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we got there. The beach was a quick walk down the block and St. Armand’s square was a bit farther that we thought but still walkable. We drove part way and had no problems parking and walking the rest of the way. Sue was very responsive to us and had no problems adding a few days to the front of our trip. We would have liked to book for next season too, but was booked already for the dates we were interested in. Goes to show how appealing this property is!

I had a delightful experience at Lido Beach. The proximity of the beach was highly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they thoughtfully provide various beach essentials, such as beach caddies, coolers, and sunblock, in case visitors forget their own. The overall cleanliness of the area was commendable. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, conducive to relaxation.

Great experience all around!

Wonderful one bedroom condo ~ clean, stocked and decorated very nicely. Great location, so close to the beautiful Lido beach and walkable to St. Armand’s Circle. Sue was always available and takes pride is making sure renters are taken care of.

Wonderful Trip!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Lido and this was the perfect place to spend it! Jan was extremely accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed! It is hardly a block from the water and the beach is amazing! Lido key has everything you could need but it is a quick drive across the bridge to be right in Sarasota. The condo itself is perfect size with everything you could need.

This property is located in Lido Key and is just as cute as can be. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a "paradise experience" - Eat at the table surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or walk to all of the fabulous restaurants located in Lido Key's famous St. Armond's circle. Shop till you drop at St. Armonds or relax at the beach from sunrise to sunset - oh and the Sunsets are just amazing sights to see. Very close to SRQ (Sarasota's airport where you can just Uber to the condo and walk where ever you like to go) - go downtown and experience all downtown Sarasota has to offer - just a short Uber drive, or take the trolly, and you're in the midst of whatever is happening downtown. Visit the Sarasota open air market on Saturdays and get fresh vegetables, fruits, pre-made delights and also something to take home. So much to do! Don't delay...book today!
