Fully furnished and well supplied with everything needed for eating and going to the beach. We loved having chairs and an umbrella and some beach toys plus the wagon to take it all to the beach - really upgraded our trip!The beds were comfortable and the condo was overall clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was really excellent and easily walkable, we felt very safe.

Perfect location, like 4 minutes to the beach. The apt is very clean and cute. It has all the beach essentials and beach toys.

This property is as described. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach and you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops as well. Quiet area. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella as well. There is a community pool but for some reason it was never open while we were there.

Great Lido Key Condo

I can’t say enough how good the location for this condo is. It’s an easy walk to the beach, kayaking the mangroves and the restaurants in Lido Key. It was small but had everything we needed, was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Convenient place near beach and restaurants

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels provided. Also enjoyed being in walking distance to everything we needed.

Perfect getaway

Gino is the best

Everything was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed and supplied with beach equipment and kitchen . Clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. One block from Lido Beach. We will be back next year.

Nice Stay and Convenient Location

The place was nice and as described. The walk to the beach and pool took 5 minutes which was convenient. We did drive to St. Armand Circle since that was a little further of a walk (10-15 min). Overall a good place to stay and the owners were nice and welcomed us the first day to make sure everything was alright.

The apartment that Gino provided was everthing that we had hoped for: spotlessly clean, with two large bedrooms and a nice size living area, and very near the beach and Armand Circle. Gino was a wonderful host. We will definitely come back!

The bedrooms were perfect. Perhaps have smaller chairs in the living room. There was a lot of furniture in the living room area. It was a very comfortable stay! It was also very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach snd Armand’s Circle!

Birthday Getaway

This was a last minute trip and it was wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable and so very close to all of the fun! It is a quick walk to the beach (a block) and the Grill has great (and healthy) food. St Armands Circle is an easy walk with yummy choices and great shopping. Drift is also nearby in the Lido Key Resort and with their 8th floor view, it's a must for sunset. As a life-long Florida resident, I really enjoyed the vibe of this area because it has the feel of "real" Florida.

Easy Walk to St. Armands Circle and beach

The apartment worked great for us, didn't spend a ton of time inside as there is so much to do & enjoy in the area. Very convenient that we could easily walk to the Circle, great to do after a big meal & desert. The apartment is just like the photos; comfortable & clean. There were lots of extra beach towels in the closet which was very convenient too. I would stay again, the price is right.

Spring break

It was as nice as co-worker said. Easy walk to beach, one block. Armond Circle just down road. Kayaking was excellent. Owner responded quickly when asked question. Though a smart tv with streaming would have been nice.
