Lake Charlevoix Waterfront Condominium
Enjoy Lake Charlevoix, located in the beautiful and fun town of Boyne City. Enjoy the pool, or the beach in the summer, or ski at the nearby ski resorts in the winter. Boyne City has events year long, including the Morel Mushroom Festival along with many activities throughout the year. Walk to town for dinner or fun events.
This is a LUXURY accommodation! Completely remodeled in 2021 with the highest of quality finishes, linens and kitchen utensils. The Gourmet kitchen features a gas range, wine storage and quartz countertops. Bedrooms have fine linens and the beds are extra comfy! The bathrooms are SPA like with a 5 X 5 foot rain shower in the Master and a deep soaking tub in the guest bath. You will not be disappointed if you are after high end design and comfort. There is also an outdoor gas grill.
If you have a boat, there is a boat slip which may be available for a $50 per night fee but is limited to a 25 ft. boat.
This is a two Bedroom- with 1-queen beds and 1-king and two full baths.
Washer and dryer in unit. Adults only preferred, No small children please.
Outdoor deck on the water to watch the fabulous sunsets and large boats cruising by!

The location of this property is what makes it so popular. Its the best of both worlds being located right on the lake and downtown Boyne City. The use of a pool right outside the door with a view of the lake is a big plus. Neighbors are friendly and just a happy environment for everyone.
