Lovely, rustic, 2 bedroom condo in the Mixteca building on Calle 20 between 1st Avenue and Famous 5th Avenue. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comes fully furnished and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable and fun stay, this place is recommendable for guests that come to playa to enjoy the night life, due is located exactly at 5th avenue where all the fun happens!.

Other Things to Note:
Take in count that is the touristic area so there are bars and restaurants around with live music.

Interaction with Guests:

Tres sale. Tres vieux et tres bruillant.

Beaucoup trop cher pour l'électricité (600$can/ 8 semaines) charge 5.6$ mxn par kw/heure et on se privais de la clim...condo sale, électro sale, murs tres sale, beaucoup de céramique brisée et coulis déguelasse, armoires et vaisselle sale, fauteuil sale, manque un protege matelas sous le draps, endroit tres bruillant, piscine non chauffée, chaises de cuisine chambranlante, vieilles oreillers dégueux, manque des moustiquaires pour quelques fenetres dont certaines ne pouvaient etre ouvertes, mauvaises odeurs d'égouts etc....et j'en passe. Payé beaucoup trop cher pour ce condo qui aurait besoin de beaucoup d'amour et rénos.

month long stay

Excellent location There is a lot of loud music around until 2:00-2:30 am but we knew that going into the stay, Pool was amazing and excellent food choices and grocery stores very close to the condo. Beach was a 5 minute walk and also a taxi available right outside the condo if we needed it. Overall amazing stay and great location. We will be returning for a 3 month stay next time!
