This is a 1 Bedroom 4th floor Condo w/ breathtaking ocean views. Unit was completed renovated in 2019 and new bath in 2023. Oceanfront complex with two pools, two sundecks and BBQ grills for your use (pool closes late September for the season). The unit is steps from the beach, no roads to cross, the only thing between you and the ocean is sand! Large bedroom with two full size beds, tall dresser and closet. A queen sized sofa bed with comfy foam mattress. Large console table opens to full size dinning table to accommodate your entire family. Large smart TV's in living room and bedroom with free WiFi. Plenty of books, toys, movies and games for the kids. There are 2 resin chairs and table right outside your door so you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves crash on shore. You have access to an elevator and laundry room just steps from the unit. Unit comes with one reserved parking space near elevator. The unit is just minutes from the world famous boardwalk, majestic Cape May, Diamond Beach and more!! This perfect location in “The Crest” is magical as you can experience sunrise from the edge of the property and the most beautiful sunsets from the bay just 5 blocks down at Sunset Park. And you can’t miss the fireworks every Friday night during the summer season!

This unit is available year-round for those looking for a cool off-season break (6 local wineries and many restaurants open year-round, convention center, Cape May! Best of all, our beaches are always free!

Birthday Trip

We stayed down here for a little getaway for my birthday & this was the perfect location. I’ve been coming to Wildwood for 20-25 years & have stayed many places, & this was a great choice. Perfect little condo for my boyfriend & I. Quiet & friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach views!

We love staying in this condo every summer! Couldn’t be closer to the beach, and the unit is equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. Wildwood Crest is a great family neighborhood and we love visiting!

Lovely place and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. This was our first time staying in Wildwood Crest and I must say that this area is very well fitting for families with younger children.

Great Location!

Beach view and access was great! Sunrise walks were a great memory! The place is as advertised. Convenient parking space to the elevators. Carts to bring up your stuff. Pools for the kids were great!

Why they chose this property

The Summer Sands has a great reputation and renters rave about their experiences. Management is very attentive. The building is clean and very convenient to all activities in Wildwood but is in a really nice section of town just minutes from Cape May.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the area and this unit is in the perfect spot - very close to the beach, close enough to the pools and sundecks to be convenient but far enough away that the crowds and noise won't bother you. With only a couple of units between you and the beach, there will be very little traffic near this unit which means you can sit outside the unit on the beach chairs and enjoy the amazing views in peace. It's the best of both worlds. Since this is a year-round condo, it can be enjoyed on the off-season with so many great seafood and American restaurants, a great new Brewery, 6 wineries and AC just minutes away - it's perfect all year long.
