This Ocean view condo is located across the street from the Wildwood Crest Beach in Wildwood Crest and it is 10-15 walk to the boardwalk. Located in a quiet setting, but right in the middle of it all, this one bedroom, one bath condominium has a Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Kiddie pool, Exercise room, Game room, 24 hour gated security and one reserved parking space. The condo can sleep up to 4 persons, with two Queen beds, and two pull out couches. There is also a South Side balcony overlooking the community pool and beautiful ocean waves. This furnished unit features a washer and dryer for your laundry, two flat screen TV's with DVD players and all the accessories you need to feel right at home. Free Wi-Fi Inside elevator 2nd floor very convenient.

Ocean Place is the place to be

The property is adjacent to a park which borders the ocean. The pool area and indoor gym are beautiful! The condo was clean and comfortable. Our host Rosalyn was attentive to our needs. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Our Stay at Rosalyn's

The owner is very nice and helpful. She always responded to our calls, texts and emails promptly. The apartment is comfortable and clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the exercise room and the game room. The whole place was clean and the people were friendly.

Ocean Place

Ocean Place condos are wonderful! Close to everything and the amenities are great. Pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna etc. All first class. However the condo we stayed in needs an upgade ASAP. Outdated and run down would be the best way to describe it.

Ocean Place

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Place for a week the end of June. The property owner is very communicative and responds quickly. The check in process is a little clunky as the key was mailed to us but we didn't receive it and then had to mail the key that was left for us back as well. The place was clean and a little dated but you can't beat the location especially when you're spending most of your time outside the condo. The pool update is beautiful and I wish we had used it more (we had a chilly week). Great stay overall.

This condo is mostly owners that stay there. Most of the owners are elderly. I'm 62, and my wife is 57. I didn't feel out of place, but I didn't feel welcomed. We didn't see too many renters. Because of this, there are a lot of rules that you don't have with a hotel. The security was always present and made me feel like they were watching everything I was doing. You had an assigned parking spot which I liked. But if you have a bicycle and want to lock it up on the bike rack, you couldn't. You had to have an assigned bike spot. So I had to put my bike on the bike rack across the street. I only received one key and fob to enter the main entrance for my family. So we had to figure out a system so no one would be locked out of the condo if everyone wanted to do their own thing. I like to decorate my railing on the balcony with a few Christmas type lights and was told the next day by the owner that the condo association said that it was not allowed. I do that at every hotel I ever stayed at. It's not gaudy and not very bright. Now for the room. I asked the landlord for the cable passcode and I was told I had to hook it up to my account to access live TV. I don't have any way of doing that. I don't know why it was setup like this. So I had no TV for my entire stay. I was very dissatisfied with this. My son and I like to watch baseball and football and we had to watch it on our phones. That is unacceptable! The room was a nice size and had plenty of room for our adult family of 4.

Wildwood Crest Vacation

Property was conveniently located in Wildwood Crest with short walk to boardwalk. Room was comfortable and relatively clean although decor is outdated, carpet worn and somewhat stained and drapes in living room were missing half their hooks and need to be replaced. Washing machine was out of order during our stay so we were unable to use it. Adequate amount of cookware, dishware and utensils. No microwave, blender or griddle pan so reheating food, making smoothies and making pancakes were out. Sofa beds were not cleaned before we used them - were full of crumbs and dirt when we pulled them open. We had to bring all our own linens and towels so, again, a working washing machine would have been nice. The owner was prompt in responding to our communications with her.

The Total Beach Feels

Loved staying in this condo in Wildwood Crest. It was such a relaxing and quaint condo. Super close to the beach, bike rentals, and path up to the boardwalk. The ultimate stay in town!

Quiet and Great location

I stayed at ocean place in October 2014. It is a great location, near the ocean, park and 10 minutes from the boardwalk. It was a quiet and peaceful trip. I highly recommend going to this place because of the closeness to the beach.
