In the center of a small village 25 kilometers west of Paris, the independent apartment, on the first floor, has a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchen area (microwave, fridge, electric hob , washing machine,) extra bed, television, toilet. Parking opposite. The bakery and the butcher at 20 meters, and the coffee at 3 minutes.
Located in the countryside, 20m from Versailles and St Germain en Laye, 30m from Paris and Giverny. Easy access to the Seine and Loire valleys. (Chartres 1 hour, Orléans 90 minutes.)

Choice of golf courses in the region, including Villennes 10 minutes away.

Colin is a wonderful host. Kind, precise, very helpful, in addition to the fact that I can pleasantly chat with him in English and do so practice in that language. The house is perfect and the price absolutely honest. Highly recommended.

Petit appart très sympa proche boulangerie,boucherie des alluets ..rejoindre st germain ,versailles top. Le propriétaire est attentionné.seul bémol, capter bien et dans la continuité la TV a donné un peu souci.

Dommage pour la Télé. Je vous ai dit que c'était simplement parfois une question de reconfigurer les chaines. Je l'aurai fait tout de suite si vous m'aviez demandé......... J'espère que cela ne vous empêche pas de revenir.

Logement agréable et bien situé

Nous avons apprécié la taille du logement : séjour cuisine, chambre séparée avec vue sur un joli jardin. Les sanitaires sont modernes. Il y a des doubles vitrages. L'appartement décoré de tableaux peints par les propriétaires est indépendant, ce qui est appréciable. C'est facile à trouver :petit village avec boulangerie et boucherie. Ce n'est pas loin de la campagne ( si, si il en reste encore ! ). Aux alentours, il y a quelques jolis villages et pour ceux qui aiment il y a de grands centres commerciaux à Orgeval, donc à quelques kilomètres. . Il nous a été facile de rejoindre Poissy, où nous venions voir nos petits enfants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à monsieur Davis qui est très agréable et à l'écoute. Laurence et Laurent

l'appartement est simple avec une bonne literie . La photo indiquée ci-contre concerne la partie des propriétaires, l'entrée concernant la location est située plus sur la gauche de la photo .Le propriétaire nous a bien reçus. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable et avons pu circuler dans la région comme nous le voulions

Merci pour cet agréable séjour et pour les echanges. Le logement est très bien équipé pour 3 personnes avec une belle orientation lumineuse. Son entrée indépendante vous rend l'accès facile et vous êtes autonome. À conseiller.
