The entrance to the studio is independent, giving onto a small shaded and flowered terrace with table and 4 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs with mattresses.
Authorized access to the property's swimming pool, car park under the pines in the fenced property. Entrance property with remote controlled gate.

Privileged quiet location, on the old Port de Bouc / Fos road, close to a 3-minute drive from the commercial area of St. Miter les Remparts (supermarkets, large commercial areas, restaurant, cinema, bank ...) 6 mins (expressway) by car from the town of Martigues (La Venise Provençale) 10 mins from the town of Istres, 30 mins from the city of Aix en Provence or Marseille 30 mins (free motorway).
