Maison Valier takes you into the history of Venice with the convenience of a super-equipped apartment in the typical Venetian style.

Maison Valier is a 130 square meter apartment on the first floor of a 16th century palace in the heart of the historic center of Venice. Just restored with every comfort has been furnished with antique furniture and works. The apartment is equipped with heating and Deutsche portable machine for air conditioning.
The apartment consists of a living room with sitting area and small toilet with shower.
The reception hall gives access to a large and comfortable kitchen, equipped with stove, oven and microwave and TV.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is fully furnished with furnishings from the famous Hotel des Bains at the Lido in Venice. The double bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the soft colors of the furniture and its shape make it infuse a relaxed and magical atmosphere.
The main bathroom has two sinks, WC, bidet, a large shower and a bathtub.

For your stay at Casa Valier you will find leaves; towels, soaps and everything you will need for your stay.

"COOP" in Calle Del Mondo Nuovo 5811/18 open from 8:30 am to 10 am You can find everything you need to eat, drink and take care of.

Breakfast
1- "Gran Caffè l'Avena" at Saint Mark's Square open from 9 am, if you get up, you can taste a very good coffee, cappuccino and croissant in a wonderful place without spending a fortune.
2- "Rosa Salva" in San Marco, Calle Fiubera 951 open from 8 am. One of our typical place for breakfast.
3- "Farini" in Castello, Campo San Lio, for a sweet, savory and sweet breakfast.
4- "Caffè del Doge" in San Polo, Calle dei Cinque 609 is on the other side of the Rialto Bridge, you can taste many different types of coffee and cappuccino, natural juices and really good pastries.

Lunch dinner
5- "Vecio Fritolin" Santa Croce, Calle della Regina 2262 is a historic fish restaurant. For lunch you can buy "scartoccio" and take your fried venitian fish with vegetables and polenta.
6- "Rosso Pomodoro" in San Marco, Calle Larga San Marco 404, real Italian pizza, a few steps from the house.
7- "La Caravella" in San Marco, Calle XXII Marzo 2399 is one of the most famous restaurants in the city. Famous for the cuisine, the service and its unusual naval style decor.
8- "Osteria Il Milion" Castello, Corte del Milion 5841, the oldest restaurant in Venice.
9- "Do Forni" San Marco, Calle Specchieri 468 a few steps from the house, really good for raw fish.

In Venice, waste is collected manually by the affected operators. Between 6 and 8 in the morning, you can drop off your bags at the bottom next to the front door.
- Generic rejection is collected every day,
-Glass, plastic and aluminum are collected on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays,
-The paper is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
