Welcome to your perfect seaside escape. This spacious ground-floor villa sits directly on the beachfront in beautiful Troon, offering effortless access to the promenade and sandy shores. Enjoy the peace of a private, south-facing garden, a sun-filled garden room, and a tranquil courtyard with private beach access and a pathway leading to Royal Troon which is only a 5 minute walk. Ideal for golfers, groups or couples seeking relaxation by the sea. Private off-road parking for three cars is included.

This self-contained coastal villa features a private front entrance, exclusive garden, and private driveway for your use only. The interior blends traditional charm with comfort and space, including:

- 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms (Sleeps 7 comfortably but room for an 8th person could be possible by utilising a sofa bed in either the living room or garden room) Obviously it is more luxurious if there are only 4 guests!
There is an en suite bathroom for the largest bedroom.

While we love both little ones and furry friends, our property isn’t suitable for children or pets due to safety considerations and the peaceful nature of the space. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you for a relaxing and comfortable stay.


Guest Access

The house is accessed by its own front door.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property with private entry.

If we're not available to greet you, the home will be ready and unlocked with keys inside.

Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay is provided.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1 - Super king bed with en-suite (can be set as two singles - request in advance)

- Bedroom 2 - Super king bed (or two singles - request in advance)

- Bedroom 3 - King bed with French doors to courtyard

- Bedroom 4 - (6'6" length) Single bed. French doors to the garden room, courtyard view. This is a small bedroom but you will find the bed extremely comfortable!

The newly built luxury garden room is also accessible via the courtyard - perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a glass of wine in the sun.


Interaction with Guests

We respect your privacy but are always nearby if you need anything during your stay.

My husband and I live in the upstairs villa, completely separate with our own entrance and private garden. The only shared area is the front driveway - there are up to three parking spaces available for your use if needed.

I am very proud to say I have received nothing but 5 star ratings from my guests for over 14 years now. I very much appreciate the bookings my guests from all around the world have given me. Going forward I am now only offering my property for a few bookings over spring and summer every year and will be closing off my calendar once I reach my target for that year. I apologise for this but plan to spend a little more time with some of my family who now live in the USA. If your dates are available then please reserve them to avoid disappointment.
