Eine kleine, aber schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage. Eigene Terasse mit Terassenmöbeln und großem Sonnenschirm. Dahnter ein parkähnliches Grundstück mit einigen Sitzgruppen.
Sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Hafen und zum Strand.
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und unkomplizierter Check-in.

Super sejour au centre de Port Navalo
Emplacement top au centre de Port Navalo. Logement nickel, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le plus: un grand jardin partagé, en plus de la terrasse privative, avec tous les équipements nécessaires : tables, chaises, transats, barbecue, etc..

Joli studio, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Terrasse & jardin des plus agréables. De plus, tout est à proximité : commerces, marché, restaurants, plages, embarcadère pour le golfe et les îles... C'est bien agréable de ne pas avoir à utiliser sa voiture quotidiennement 😊

Studio très agréable et parfaitement situé
Cet appartement est un petit hâvre de paix , propre , lumineux joliment décoré. L'aménagement est très correct . La terrasse et le jardin sont bien appréciés après un retour de plage , de balades. Ce studio est à proximité de toute activité (plage , sentier côtier , resto , thalasso , départ de bâteau pour la visite des différentes)

Port Navalo, est un endroit idéal pour récupérer du stress de la vie parisienne .
Le studio en lui même est de bonne qualité, très bien situé . Néanmoins, hormis un état général de propreté très correct, l’amenagement De celui ci laisse à désiré . Mais les nouveaux propriétaires qui viennent d’en faire l’acquisition, auront probablement le temps de remédier à ces quelques imperfections. Cet avis personnel , peut probablement varié entre tous les différents locataires qui l’on occupé ou l’occuperont . Ces remarques, sont faites essentiellement à titre indicatif, pour donner aux propriétaires des avis qui seront peut être utiles. Mais le produit proposé est de bonne qualité.

Merci pour votre avis qui a retenu notre attention. Le studio était l'an dernier classé 3* meublé de tourisme et nous avons complété l'équipement depuis ( machine à laver, cuisine complète avec grand réfrigérateur, banquette 160cm et lit 140cm , literie neuve ... sol et décoration entièrement refaits ) . Nous essayons d'offrir aux vacanciers le maximum d'équipement nécessaire pour un séjour confortable sans charger les 30m2 d'espace ! Nous sommes contents que le calme et l'environnement vous ai convenu , et espérons que votre séjour vous laissera une bonne impression.
