Très bon séjour
Très bon emplacement, proche de la plage, du port, des restaurants. Belles balades sur le littoral.Le studio est bien équipé pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Seul bémol, le studio sentait le renfermé et un peu l'humidité.

Déception
Aucun placard pour vêtements.
Problèmes d'odeurs d'égouts insupportables pendant les 3 premiers jours.
Accessoires de cuisine sont sur des étagères sans protection.
Difficultés d'accès au jardin (marches, couloir, code...) alors que l'annonce nous montre un grand jardin avec barbecue, difficilement utilisable.
Je ne vois pas une personne à mobilité réduite profiter du jardin.
Parking pour le véhicule..... après avoir parcouru 450 m...
Vue sur le rue et non pas sur la mer !!!!
En conclusion beaucoup trop cher vu les prestations.

Encore désolée que le studio n'ait pas correspondu à vos attentes. Il ne me semble pas que le descriptif soit trompeur, à savoir : le studio est avant tout équipé pour une personne à mobilité réduite, c'est pourquoi l'accès est côté rue avec une rampe . La mer est à 50m, sans vue certes, mais au rez-de chaussée. Pour ce qui est de l'accès au jardin, tous les résidents bénéficient du très grand espace paysager, avec transat et barbecue. L'accés se fait par le couloir de la résidence, comme pour les studios à l'étage, et seuls les 3 studios avec terrasse ont un accès direct. Pour ce qui est du parking, il est situé en continuité du jardin, dans une impasse. Il est facile à trouver même si on doit effectivement contourner en voiture le pâté de maison pour y accéder. Enfin , en ce qui concerne l'équipement du studio, tout est étudié pour qu'il y ai le moins d'entraves possible au sol pour faciliter le passage des fauteuils; c'est pourquoi les équipements sont sur des étagères accessibles sans ouvertures.

super séjour en Golfe du Morbilhan
L'endroit est superbe, la vue sur la baie est magnifique, le coucher de soleil est immanquable. Les logements sont spacieux, bien aménagés et décorés avec soin, ce qui est rare. Nous y avons passé un excellent (mais trop court) séjour et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.
