This house completely renovated and equipped to new in 2017, any comfort, is divided into 2 apartments with independent entrance and garden. It is located in a peaceful residential area, just 5 minutes walk from the 2 beaches of Val André and the port of Dahouët with its children's playground and its shops (bakery, local grocery store, cafés and restaurants).

Our pretty seaside resort is very animated the summer and multiple activities are proposed there: nautism, exit at sea, surfing, sand yacht, paragliding, tennis, golf, marine spa ...).
It is ideally located with:
- near beautiful beaches and landscapes all along the coast of Penthièvre: Sable d'Or les Pins, Portuais and Lortuais, Cape Erquy, Cap Frehel, Fort la Latte.
- The Pink Granite Coast at 1h30 drive: Perros Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, Pleumeur Bodou
- admirable cities such as the corsair city of St-Malo & Dinard, Dinan and its Rance valley, Cancale, without forgetting the unavoidable Mont St-Michel 100 km.

On the ground floor, very bright room composed of a living room with TV and an open kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher).
1 spacious 160x210 bed with windows overlooking the garden
1 large bathroom with shower, equipped with a washing machine and dryer and 1 separate toilet

Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms with bed 140x200 and convenient storage, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet

At the back of the house, the flowered garden is divided into 2 separate plots and fenced.
At your disposal: deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue for relaxation guaranteed ...

Private parking 2 places, free wifi, cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. Possibility to accommodate up to 10 people occasionally with the sofa convertible lounge.
Local bike under lock.

Week-end bien agréable

Nous étions là pour assister au départ de la course de la route du rhum qui, malheureusement, a été reportée mais nous nous sommes promenés dans less environs, malgré tout sous une météo relativement clémente. La maison est très accueillante et le séjour était très agréable !
