This charming three-level, pet-friendly cabin can accommodate up to eight guests. We have a Level II EV charger for .30/kWh charging.There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed (new memory foam mattress), and the main-floor bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower. Located on the second level, the master-suite area has a king-size bed and bathroom with a shower. There is an additional King bed in the remaining upstairs area. You’ll find the European-style duvet bedding complements the mountain weather. Extra blankets and pillows are on hand. The lower level features a futon sofa, offering additional sleeping for two (linens provided), and a full bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating and a fireplace, and is a great place to relax and enjoy the woodland view. For indoor entertainment, guests will find an assortment of games, three flat-screen TVs with satellite cable, as well as a DVD player. Central heating and the gas fireplace keeps everyone warm in the winter. Fans circulate cool mountain air in the pleasant summer climate. Linens and towels are provided in this three-bedroom/three-bathroom cabin. This retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, cookware, refrigerator, stove, and small appliances. The dining table seats six guests, and four stools provide additional seating. Free Wi-Fi is available to keep in touch and share photos with family and friends.
Outside, the roomy deck is the best place to soak in the sunshine while viewing the mountain scenery or watching the sun go down. Evenings are the perfect time to see deer and other wildlife. A barbecue grill is available for outdoor cooking on cool mountain evenings, and there is plenty of room to store your personal outdoor gear in a secured downstairs porch. Huddled in the woods, but within easy distance of everything you want to do in the Ruidoso area, this is a vacation to remember warmly for years to come.
There is spacious off-street parking for a maximum of three cars. Expect twisty roads and steep grades in this mountain community. While we’re located on a paved road, be aware of potential snowy and icy road conditions if you visit in winter.
This cabin is nestled at the edge of Lincoln National Forest Cedar Creek Recreation Area, and makes the perfect basecamp for all that Ruidoso offers. Step outside for quick access to hiking and mountain biking on Cedar Creek’s trails. A short drive takes you to Grindstone Lake for more trails, as well as fishing and paddle-boarding, or visiting shops in downtown Ruidoso. Relaxing on the deck is the perfect way to end the day! And there are plenty of great local restaurants if you wish to keep cooking to a minimum. Ruidoso is also just a one-hour scenic drive to Cloudcroft, White Sands National Monument, or Roswell for those who wish to explore the area.
