The home is also 2 mi. to UO campus and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to great shopping and one of kind restaurants. It is also on a dead end street with room to park 2 cars on site.

Spacious and well-appointed

We came for a “boost” weekend with our Duck; midterms were hitting hard and she needed some home cooking and hugs. This house is spacious and the bedrooms are spaced out for privacy. There is a den and a living room, so if it does rain in Autzen, game viewing or family movie nights are comfortable and cozy! We hosted a small pasta dinner for our duck and her friends and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for a dinner party for 7! There’s even an extra eating area. I love this house. It isn’t quite as walkable to campus but you’re close to the best grocery store in town (Market of Choice) and lots of great dining options, as well as places to pick up supplies for your Duck. Since we usually share a house with another parent, we are looking forward to staying here again soon. On-site parking is spacious and there is plenty of street parking. Something we didn’t use but entertained the college kids and their nostalgia was the adorable playroom, complete with preK toys and games. This house would be great for a family visiting the area for sure.

Beautiful property in an excellent location for your visit to U of O!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well decorated cozy property! The kitchen is well appointed with lots of nice 'extras', and there are several comfortable bedrooms. Great for a family trip! There is a nice outdoor seating area with a grill as well, with a lovely garden! The location is excellent for visiting your Duck at the U of O! Owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The stay was great, but the only thing was there was a lot of spiders. I killed some big ones. The house was spacious and was ideal for our stay.
