In the heart of the historic district of Setubal, its location is ideal for a cultural, gastronomic, sporting, relaxing or lively stay as it is close to restaurants, bars, shops, historic monuments, entertainment, sea, park and fabulous market.

10 mins walk from the first beach, 15 mins walk from the ferry to Troia, 15 mins by car to the beaches of Arrabida.

During the summer period, a bus 300mn takes you to Figueirinha beach.

saniert, aber leider unbewohnbar, Vereinbarungen nicht eingehalten :(

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 4 Nächte gebucht und sind mit 3 Kindern angereist. Der erste Eindruck der Umgebung war schon etwas verhalten, da die Häuser im Umfeld teilweise sehr heruntergekommen sind. Auch an dem Haus in dem die Ferienwohnung liegt rieselt der Putz und es sind großflächig Verfärbungen und Wasserflecken sichtbar. (obwohl es seit Wochen nicht geregnet hat). Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und von drei Seiten direkt von befahrbaren Gassen umgeben, so dass es möglich ist von allen Seiten direkt in die Wohnung zu schauen. Der Empfang von Estelle war sehr nett und die Wohnung sieht auf den ersten Blick auch so aus, wie es die Anzeige verspricht. Schnell fiel uns allerdings der muffige Geruch auf. Wir waren bereits 3 Stunden vor der geplanten Ankunftszeit da und konnten beobachten wie mit auf allen Seiten geöffneten Fenstern fleißig geputzt wurde. Die Putzmittel und das dreistündige Lüften überdeckten daher bei der Übergabe den muffigen Geruch noch leicht. Spätestens am Abend und mit geschlossenen Fenstern mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass die Wände dermaßen feucht sind, dass das Raumklima unerträglich wurde. Über Nacht lüften ging leider nicht, da wie gesagt an allen Fenstern auch nachts reger Publikumsverkehr herrscht. Außerdem sind in direkter Nachbarschaft mehrere Lokale, welche Nachts ab ca. 0:30 bis 1:30 fröhlich ihre Mülltonnen über die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen rattern lassen um sie zentral zu entsorgen. Wir fanden das zu Beginn noch halbwegs unterhaltsam sind aber nach der ersten Nacht zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, das Erholung hier nicht möglich ist. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass es im Laufe des Tages mit angekippten Fenstern und zugezogenen Rollläden besser werden würde, mussten aber am Abend feststellen dass die Luftqualität inzwischen so schlecht war, dass wir spontan entschieden haben uns nach der zweiten Nacht eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Nach Rücksprache mit Estelle fanden wir heraus, dass ihr der Zustand der Wohnung durchaus bewusst ist, obwohl sie zunächst versuchte das ganze runter zu spielen. Immerhin war sie dann bereit, uns für die zwei Tage, die wir früher abreisten das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Dachten wir zumindestens. Leider haben wir die Rückerstattung bis jetzt nicht erhalten und bekamen auch keine Antwort mehr auf unsere Nachfragen. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert. Finger weg!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Setubal

Sehr gut gelegenes, sauberes Appartement. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat und herzlich zu unserer angegebenen Zeit in Empfang genommen. Auf Nachrichten hat sie sehr schnell reagiert, so dass wir innerhalb von einer Stunde frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitgestellt hatten. Merci Estelle und wir kommen gern wieder.

Modern, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem Hilfreichen ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Weg zu den Stadtstränden ist von diesem Stadtteil aus in 10-15 min zu schaffen, zur Markthalle, Theater usw. ist es in die andere Richtung ebenso weit. Sehr nah sind 2 kleine Einzelhändler mit Lebensmitteln, 7 m von der Wohnung entfernt liegt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Die R. Vasco da Gama ist gut befahren, auch abends - bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu dieser Seite ist das aber kein Problem. Parken in der kleinen Gasse wie auch in den beiden angrenzenden Straßen geht selten oder nicht, man gurkt schon mal in den umliegenden Gassen herum. Wir waren mit insgesamt 3 Salsa-Tänzern Anfang August 2018 dort (Internationales Salsa-Festival in Setubal), und alles hat uns sehr zugesagt - mit dieser Wohnung als Basis funktionierte das prima. Absolute Empfehlung, auch ich würd's wieder tun!

Wir waren von der Wohnung, Lage und Gastfreundlichkeit Estelles begeistert. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Nur etwas schwierig sind die Parkplätze, dafür kann weder Wohnung noch Vermieter etwas. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Obrigada

L'appartement est très propre et moderne avec de très grandes chambres. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. Ils y a pleins de restaurants autour tous aussi bon les uns que les autres. Nous avons passés une très agréable semaine.

Très bonne situation!

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Très grande disponibilité pour vous faire découvrir les richesses de la région!!! Appartement situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Setubàl. Facilité d'accès aux plages très bien desservies par les transports en commun. L'appartement est entièrement rénové et très bien équipé. Propreté sans égale. Situé au r-d-c, la température y est agréable même lors de fortes chaleurs. Literie confortable dans des chambres spacieuses. Nous y avons séjourné du 25/06 au 21/07 sans avoir a signaler la moindre critique. A recommander vivement!!!
