This beautiful home features wood furnishings and floors and lets in gorgeous natural light. The entryway leads into the living area, with wood stove and comfortable seating for the whole group. The open layout is great for gatherings and the large dining table and modern kitchen make entertaining a breeze. There is also an assortment of DVDs for the best movie nights!

Head down the hall to the downstairs king bedroom with flat screen TV and adjacent bathroom; the bathroom features double sinks and a large walk in shower.

Head upstairs to an open loft with two twin beds, a desk, and adjacent full bathroom. The second king bedroom is upstairs as well. The back patio is the perfect place for grilling or dining al fresco. Enjoy a soak under the stars in the hot tub.

When you are ready to explore Sunriver have fun at Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

We loved our stay! The location was awesome- close to the river for us to use our standup paddleboards, and great spot to bike to the village and stables. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will likely stay again!

Lovely property with 2 great decks and lots of sun. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would ever need. First floor bathroom had an amazing shower and bedrooms had very comfortable beds.

Early Summer Getaway

The home is well taken care of. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub and deck have been recently replaced. The kitchen is adequate for vacation needs with newer appliances. The air conditioning is a real plus as temps climb fast in the summer. We enjoyed the home's proximity to Cardinal Landing - great hiking opportunities. We will stay again.

Fabulous New Years Eve wedding!

We rented your home for our stay during the week of our daughter’s NYE wedding at the Great Hall in Sun River! It was a beautiful, snowy wonderland that week and your home added to the coziness of the week! The fireplace and well appointed kitchen were great! The bed was comfy, the bathroom near the master was huge and well set up. The upstairs was great for our son who traveled there from Japan to have his privacy and comfy surroundings. The hot tub was so therapeutic for exhausted parents of the bride! To be able to sit in the hot tub after a long day of wedding festivities and look up at the snow falling was just so relaxing! We’d love to stay again when we return to Sun River!❄️

Wonderful centrally located Sunriver property

My wife and I just finished a 4 day stay in this wonderful Sunriver house. It is centrally located with quick access to either the Village or the North Marketplace. The house itself is quite comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cable and streaming TV, and a wood burning stove with plenty of firewood in the garage. There is also a large hot tub which is most welcome after a hard day of skiing or snowboarding. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Sunriver, we highly recommend this property!

Great place, great time!

This property was comfortable, functional and perfect for our family! This home had things most other Sunriver homes in this price range don't seem to have such as a refrigerator that had water and ice, knives that actually cut, smart TV's and central A/C. The only thing that could use improvement would be the dryer. It dried great but was really loud. The property management team was great to work with and we would definitely stay there again!
