This beautiful wooden house was built by its owner, you will find cypress woods on its walls and ceilings with hand-made finishes that always keep the house at a comfortable temperature. You will enjoy your vacation in an authentic house of Green Turtle Cay.

A welcoming garden, full of regional plants, sets the propriety’s background with flowers and fruits. And what a better place to read, than one of the two open decks where birds tend to visit.

All rooms and environments in the house are spacious, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, and each one with its air conditioning and ceiling fan: the master room has it its own bathroom, queen sized bed; the second room consists of a queen sized bed and the third bedroom two twin sized beds.

The living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VHS and many movies in these formats to enjoy. Internet access, various books to read and board games for the little ones.

A fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances and full crockery, the chef will have an ample space to delight everyone. It has a counter for 4 people. The dining room has a table for 6, to enjoy meals together.

We have a long deck with a bar decorated with original treasures of the ocean, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea. An extensive patio that has a BBQ and Laundry area.

It has open double garage.

The location of this house is very worthwhile, it’s just a few steps from two access to the beach, a few meters from Leeward Yacht Club Marine, the Shipyard "Abaco Yacht Service", about 5 minutes from the ancient city New Plymouth. In the other direction, arrive in 5 minutes to beaches like Coco Bay and Green Turtle Club Marina. It is a strategic position and a very pleasant place to walk your pet.

The house was very spacious; a little dated but still cozy and rustic looking, a nice cottage feel. The only suggestion we have is that there be a back up generator for the house when the power goes out, which occurred multiple times during our stay. We really enjoyed staying at the house during our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my first long trip to GTC after Dorian. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Located in a nice quiet community that is central to both ends of the island. Close to the beach. I enjoyed the planted gardens too. Comfortable and roomy inside the home. Reminded me of the GTC I have always loved. Hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Great location! 2 min walk from small market and beach. House has everything you need. It hasn't been updated inside in a little while but we were on the beach the whole time so it really doesn't matter. Would stay again

Great house and close to beach

Cute bungalow a block from beach. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Lovely, large yard. Safe parking for golf cart with nearby hose for cleaning off snorkeling gear. Short drive to Plymouth or to north side of island. David and Rosa were always quick with their replies and helpful. We will be back!!

Great deal on Green Turtle! Our family of 5 (3 younger kids) enjoyed this house while we weren't at the beach, on the boat, or in the water! It may not be as fancy as some of the new beachfront houses, but it checks all the boxes and is a fantastic deal! Will be back!

Beautiful Quiet housing area

We loved this house. It was very functional for us and would easily accommodate 6 people with the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen definitely met our needs for the week. We made every meal at the house. The hot showers and baths were great at the end of a long day. We will plan to stay here again.

Fun in the Sun!

Green Turtle Estates is the perfect location mid-island. We were a short golf cart ride away from Donny’s Marina, where we kept the rental boat, and just a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach perfect for shelling, relaxing and catching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We will be back next year!

Quick green turtle vacation

The house was centrally located to the entire island. A golf cart would be a must. The house was very spacious and clean. A bit dated but still very nice and the price reflected this, so it was a very good compromise. My only complaint is the rooster next door hampered my ability to sleep in. Not the property owners fault just an observation. I would defiantly stay there again.

Neat and tidy clean home

Myself and my family stayed in this house for a family wedding on Green Turtle Cay. The location was super close to the marina where we rented a boat. And only about a 10 minute golf cart ride to the wedding location on the other side of the island. House was neat and tidy and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful House- Great Location

We arrived earlier than the rest of our party and needed a short rental to bridge the gap. The could have easily been the house for our entire trip. It had just about everything we needed. The only thing missing was some bedtime lamps- made it hard if one person wanted to read and one didn't. Other than that the house was situated close to the beach for snorkeling and town is never that far away. Eloise was delightful- would absolutely stay there again.

Not what we expected.

We did not feel that this house is worth a high rating. It may have been at one time, but now we feel that it is run down and there is junk all around. There was a broken window that had cardboard taped over it above the twin bed and the tape was coming off which could have resulted in an injury. The one bathroom had stains in the tub and the mirror was missing decorator shells that were at one time glued around frame. In the master, we had to really juggle the faucet in order to get the water through the shower completely. Many of the rental houses on Green Turtle Cay have generators. This house does not. When the power went out (which has been common on all of Abaco) there was no electricity and no water. The owner was having some personal problems and helped by mitigating some problems, and we appreciated that, but still, we would have to rate this home a 5 at best.
