This property's location is unbeatable, near shopping, dining, and located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Nestled in the private, gated community of Camp Creek Lake and with a private pool to boot, you’ll find everything you need and more for the perfect getaway!

Pelican Paradise A is a spacious refuge with five bedrooms and four and a half baths accommodating up to seventeen. Tastefully decorated and with beautiful interior finishes, rooms are bright and cheerful with plenty of space for everyone. The ground level, with three full bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, accommodates 11 guests comfortably. The first bedroom sleeps three and features a twin over full bunk bed, the second bedroom houses two twin bunk beds, and the last bedroom features a king-sized bed. You’ll also find a wet bar and wine cooler for quick access to cool refreshments.

A deluxe, fully appointed kitchen awaits on the second floor with high-end appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The open-concept area includes a wraparound kitchen counter with bar stools, a beautiful dining table with seating for six, and newly upholstered sofas and chairs in the living room. Take in gorgeous views of the Gulf from the interior or out on the second-story balcony with a propane grill and outdoor seating, a lovely place to gather at day’s end!

The third story houses the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a gorgeous master bath with jetted garden tub. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the private balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico just outside your bedroom door!

Lounge by the private pool or access the available beach gear set up and head over to the sandy shores for an evening stroll. Swing by The Hub, a central gathering spot in the nearby Watersound community, for great food, drinks, and live entertainment! Hop on the Timpoochee Trail and bike to the nearby communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, or Inlet Beach for a day of fun in the sun!

Requests for pool heating must be submitted a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great family rental

Overall a great property, location and space for a family. We had adult couples with 1 child each and had plenty of room. The property does have quite a few worn items that need to be addressed/replaced. The property management team was helpful to address any items that we needed fixed during our stay (grill replacement).

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It fit three separate families! Great location, right on the beach. We really took advantage of outside shower/hoses, and the beach service that is provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and had extra touches like sponges, soap, etc.. Unfortunately, the pool was not well maintained and we didn’t get to use it. Parking was pretty limited. The interior was for the most part cozy but a little worn down. There was a mildew smell in parts of the house. We also wished we could sign into our own Netflix/Amazon accounts or use our Roku. It was disappointing that it was locked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Needs some loving care!

Beautiful place and we had a wonderful time but the house does need some maintenance, some of the toilets need some repair as far as the insides go, the dishwasher was leaking so we couldn't use it, the elevator door on the main floor was broken, wine fridge in kitchen was broken and the door wouldn't close. These repairs didn't impact our stay but I feel they need to be addressed, the internet is really bad! The patio around the pool and the one downstairs off bedrooms I expected to be better maintained. The home is such a beautiful place and it just needs some maintenance!

Nice ocean front property that can use better maintenance!

We paid exorbitant price for our week long stay at this property recently. Third-floor master suite and the living room has amazing views of the beach. Direct access to the beach is huge plus. There were several issues we had to deal with during our stay: Broken utensils, broken vent hood, clogged kitchen sink, frequent internet connection drops, low bandwidth, non functional TV remotes, broken door knobs/handles, inoperable garage door, dirty pool with dead crabs (very very tiny pool) that had cold water (although we paid for pool to be heated), bugs in downstairs bedrooms and dryer won\'t work (called for service 3 times during our stay). Couch in the living room was not clean and mattresses in most bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Price we paid for our stay at this property was not worth it!

• Property Condition: The property has potential but is in need of significant renovation and updates, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements. • Outdoor Area: The pool area and patio require cleaning, landscaping, and new furniture. • Interior Issues: The house has numerous broken fixtures, outdated furniture, and appliances in need of repair or replacement. • Plumbing Issues: The toilet backed up, sewage came up from the pool drain, and all faucets need replacing. • Broken Fixtures: The shower on the bottom floor had a broken fixture, and the spare bathroom sink on the second floor was unusable due to a broken faucet. • Unsanitary Conditions: Sewage backup from the drain by the pool was not cleaned up, raising concerns about sanitation. I would love to give this place a second chance due to its convenience and location, but only if every one of these issues were addressed and resolved.

Terrible

Place was dirty, mildew and mold. Place flooded on 1 st floor ( obviously floods after rain). Office/owner know about all the problems and do nothing to resolve. The place needs renovation.

30A Pelican Paradise

The rental was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Quiet location. How ever the unit was very worn and outdated. The owners need to give this place some TLC patio furniture needs to be updated and the sofas needs to be updated..

Beach was outstanding

This property was a disappointment. Needs to be maintained properly and needs exterminated for cockroaches. TV’s never worked ,beach service from your vendor Brent never showed up after numerous texted messages and phone calls. The beach is all this property has going for it!

Can’t beat the views!

The location, views, and access to the beach are unbeatable. The size and layout of the house is great for large families. However, the house shows its age and has not been maintained well. Nothing that will ruin your stay or worth complaining about in the moment, but disappointing for the area and price.

Lovely

Absolutely loved our stay at 179A The home is very comfortable, and that sunset is amazing. Short drive to town to nice walks or dinners. We drive a 2500 so the tree out front needs a little trimming, it does scratch the roof top otherwise if you have a big car. Other than that everything was perfect, nicely stocked and comfortable. Management was quick to answer too. We had a great time!

179A Pelican Way

Great location, but we had multiple problems. Started with no internet and then became a plumbing nightmare with a malfunctioning grinder pump and back up of raw sewage on pool patio and toilets. We appreciated the help of the ScenicStays team, but the unit was clearly not checked to be in good working order before we checked in.

AmaZing Beachfront Home

This was our second time staying in this beautiful beachfront home. House is perfect for large and small families. Great location but needs work

Location was great and so was the view! The house downstairs was gross. The main level sofa was quite dirty. Several light bulbs were out in the kitchen. The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable and the construction next door at 7:00am was not relaxing! Would have been nice to know they were building next door and workers could look into the master bedroom.

Perfect place to stay at a quite beach with your own pool. Only a mile walk down to The Hub for ice cream, food, and entertainment.

Renter beware!

First, other reviews are accurate, esp about the pictures. The EXTERIOR are not accurate. The listing depicts the property to be secluded with no neighbors, this is inaccurate . The pics were clearly taken when the property was built. Since then, there have been more homes built, VERY close to this property. So the beach is shared by several others andoften right in front of this property. Next, the cleanliness and lack of repairs is accurate as well. #1 - water bugs/cockroaches were abundant downstairs #2 - in master upstairs, the shower handle was loose and fell when touched, and the hot water on one sink wouldn't even turn on #3 - ice maker works butthe dispenser does not. So you have to use your hands and kids can't reach it #4 - pull out drawer style microwave turns on, but does not heat AT ALL. #5 - top rack of dishwasher kept falling Bc it had broken parts, so you risked having dishes break #6 - tv downstairs is not user friendly and there was a sign posted about it and you were allowed to use your own AppleTV, etc. Maintenance had to come within minutes of checkin Bc we could even get it turned on #7 - listing says beach chairs & umbrellas are complimentary, but we were directed to a link to the company with a whopping 15% off code?! That's not free, or complimentary. #8 - downstairs shower was in operable #9- we were a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. There was not a single beach chair to use and there was a lack of towels. Kids found 2 small wave boards, but both were broken and couldn't be used #10 - kitchen utensils/tools/gadgets were not inline with the style of the kitchen. We had to improvise a lot. By the looks of the pics, you would expect it to be a cook's dream... think again. #11- there is a drawer w a rusty metal box inside. We think it was a bread box? But it was so rusty and disgusting, I would never store anything in there. #12 - be prepared to bring everything, including salt & pepper. There was not a single pantry item. This was the first Vrbo I've ever stayed in that didn't have the basics like salt & pepper. #13 - zero cleaning items. Only 1 tiny bottle of dishwasher detergent Good things: it is very convenient to walk down the shared stairs to get on the beach, and the patio was nice for watching sunsets. The bedding was nice and the kitchen stove/oven was nice. Beware of what you're paying for. Maintenance did come day after thanksgiving to fix a couple of things, but not all.
