DESCRIPTION

Located on the edge of the small port of La Duquesa, on the seafront, the apartment offers an excellent view of the beach, at the entrance of the marina and the magnificent swimming pool of the residence.

Here, no car in sight... sit on your terrace and look... Do you want some coolness... the pool is at your disposal... a few steps away, the big blue is there to welcome you... enjoy...

The apartment has an area of 90 m² and a terrace of 20 square metres.

CONSISTS OF:

2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds and TV), 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin, 2 toilets, pleasant living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a coffee machine, a laundry room with washing machine. A comfortable apartment for 4 people.

A private parking space in the basement is also available, accessible by a lift.

The 24/24 monitored residence has two swimming pools and is equipped with free public Wi-Fi.

The house is located a few metres from the beach, within walking distance of bars and restaurants and all necessary amenities (butcher's shop / bakery / small supermarket / library...).

The famous locality of Sotogrande is less than 10 minutes away, Marbella / Puerto Banús and pleasant shopping are 30 minutes away, and Málaga airport is just 50 minutes away. Gibraltar airport is about 30 minutes away.

Golf enthusiasts will have plenty: The course of the "La Duquesa Country Club" is just a few minutes away... The Costa del Sol is a golf paradise (over 90 courses), which is why we also call it the "Costa del Golf"... Amazing view and Location

Spacious two bedroom apartment with separate bathrooms. Light and modern with lovely views of the sea and the swimming pool. The air conditioning unit needs updating. It was very hot during the day and we needed to keep all shutters down to keep the property cool.

Long weekend

The apartment location was ideal. The apartment itself was amazing. The apartment had everything we wanted. Advise when pool is closed. It had been closed for the weekend due to the pump being broken. We booked this apartment due to having the pool below us. The garage key did not work and my car had to be parked outside portal 4. Not a big deal but when unpacking and packing, it was not easy.

Wonderful location!

This lovely apartment is in such a great location: it’s so close to restaurants, bars and the beach. The balcony is the highlight, with a view over the pool and the sea. We spent most of our time sitting here on the really comfortable chairs! The apartment is supplied with everything needed for a relaxing holiday and communication with the management company was straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

The apartment is beautiful and in such a good place for the local bars and restaurants. Not noisy at all. The real showstopper is the balcony overlooking the sea front location! The rental company could be more flexible around arrival times when you have been travelling many hours. Also they do not respond to emails quickly, or even in 3 days! It was also a good job we read the information book as you have to empty bins, strip beds and clean the kitchen, otherwise you would lose your €350 deposit!

Magnifique

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, la situation est parfaite, la vue magnifique... il nous manquait juste 2 oreillers supplémentaires et la tv dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas mais ça n’est vraiment pas grand chose par rapport à l’ensemble du logement. Le personnel de l’agence est aussi très sympa et à l’écoute, nous avons eu d’excellentes adresses de restaurant... nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir au mois d’août.
